Iron Valor CrossFit is hands down the best CrossFit gym I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much pride and care goes into this place. The gym and equipment are immaculately clean and extremely well maintained, which makes a huge difference in both safety and overall experience.

The coaches are truly top tier—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping every athlete improve, no matter their level. What really sets Iron Valor apart, though, is the community. The people here are welcoming, supportive, and friendly, creating an environment that feels motivating rather than intimidating—something that can be hard to find in CrossFit gyms.

Iron Valor CrossFit is a beautiful and much-needed addition to downtown Delray, and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Iron Valor CrossFit has quickly become our favorite place to be. The gym is clean, the coaches bring the energy, and the community vibe is unmatched. Also, the variety of class times makes it easy to stay consistent. It is our second home.

Iron Valor CrossFit is honestly everything a CrossFit gym should be. From day one, the community here has been incredibly supportive and kind. Everyone truly wants to see each other grow and succeed. It doesn’t matter if you’re new or have been doing CrossFit for years; you’re always welcomed and encouraged.

The coaches are amazing, and you can tell they genuinely care about their members. Spencer in particular goes above and beyond to listen to feedback and make sure everyone feels seen and valued. Ginger, the owner, is so supportive and clearly puts her heart into creating such a positive environment. The rest of the coaching team is just as encouraging and always willing to help with form, motivation, or scaling workouts when needed.

The gym itself is spotless and well-maintained, with three bathrooms, a shower, two cold tubs, and a sauna on the way. They’re also adding a turf area soon, which is really exciting.
I really see this place growing and becoming something great. It is such a positive environment where people truly want to see each other succeed. I am so glad I found this gym and the people in it.
