i’m ava valianti, a 16-year-old singer-songwriter from massachusetts. for me, music isn’t just something i do, it’s who i am. writing songs is the way i figure out life, from the highs of friendships and first loves to the harder parts like change, loss, and feeling invisible. every lyric i write comes from a real place, and sharing that honesty is how i connect with people. since releasing my first single “bubble wrap” in 2023, i’ve been lucky enough to see my songs travel far beyond my bedroom - onto radio stations, award stages, and into the lives of listeners i’ve never even met. but no matter how big or small the stage, the heart of it stays the same: music is my anchor, my outlet, and my way of telling stories that i hope feel both personal and universal. thanks for being here and listening — it means more than i can say.

Ava Valianti's debut EP "petunias" is about finding beauty in what's easily overlooked. The title comes from a flower that's common, unassuming, and often passed by, but when you stop to notice, petunias reveal vivid colors and quiet uniqueness. Ava sees her songs in the same way: stories about teenage life that might seem ordinary at first, but when you look closely, they reveal depth, vulnerability, and resilience in a way thats personal and universal at the same time. "petunias" was produced by Chris Plante, Tate Pinyochon, Dan Alvarez de Toledo & Jordan Dunn Pilz (of The Band Toledo) and all artwork was created by Ashley Plante.
