I was pleased with my experience with Carma; at first, I was wary due to past car-buying experiences, but selling my vehicle at the desired price was both efficient and satisfactory. The entire transaction process was smooth and efficient, and the transfer of funds into my account was handled without any issues. Given the current risks associated with such transactions, it was reassuring to see that Carma handled my paperwork and identification with professionalism and care. The Carma representative who inspected my vehicle at home provided excellent service and was a valuable representative of the company. I recently purchased my 2020 Kia Cerato GT through Carma and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was incredibly easy and seamless. The staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with – whether over the phone or via email, they were always friendly, professional and more than happy to answer any questions I had throughout the process. Nothing ever felt too hard. A special mention to the lovely young man who delivered my car to my home on an extremely hot summer day – such great service and attitude! The thoughtful gift I received was also a really nice touch and very much appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend Carma to anyone in the market for a clean, late-model used vehicle. It made everything so simple, with no wasting time walking around used car yards. Overall, a fantastic experience – I would definitely use Carma again. Thank you so much!

Thank you Carma for your friendly and helpful customer service. Answering many questions i had buying a car online. Nothing was a problem from the start no matter which staff member I spoke with. Not only great customer service but I am Loving my new Mazda. It looks and drives like a brand new car.
