Held Community Healing Circle
Held Community Healing Circle
In response to multiple murders in Minneapolis at the hands of ICE, many of us are carrying collective grief, fear, anger, and exhaustion in our bodies. Whether you are on the front lines or choosing to sit this moment out, the impact is still real. HELD is a healing circle for community to gather, breathe, reflect, and be supported. This is a space to come as you are, to share or simply listen, and to be held with care during a heavy time. We will hold space for grief, exhaustion, and resilience together — without judgment and without pressure to have it all together. When: January 30, 2026 @ 6-8pm Location: Sabathani Community Center 310 E. 38th St. Minneapolis, MN 55409 What to Expect: • Light meal provided • Restorative circle experience • Breathing exercises, reflection, deep listening • Grief, Exhaustion, Laughter, joy, and space for what may be tender This event is free. For questions, accommodations, or additional needs, please contact Black Brilliance Inc.
