I was pleasantly surprised with the good service I received from Connected Devices.
1. The product I wanted was out-of-stock but I was notified as soon as stock was received.
2. After placing my order my shipping address was incorrect and they corrected it instantly after I sent an email.
3. I ordered a special import and I was amazed I received it within 2-working days after placing the order.

Super happy customer and excited with my new gadget! Keep up the good work.

I will definitely shop here again. Highly recommended!

Honestly, I was a bit hesitant purchasing my device as anyone would be with an unfamiliar website/company, but I'm happy to say Connected Devices delivered. I was kept up to date all the way from procurement of my device abroad to local delivery.

The whole process took a little over a month, which feels like an eternity when you're waiting for something you're excited for.

Otherwise, would definitly purchase from them again👍🏽

Dont use this company! They wont process your refund. My product I wanted to buy wasnt even ordered as the supplier was out of stock. Its been 10 days and they havent even processed my refund. Go read hello peter reviews as well. Rather pay more somewhere else and know that you will receive the service you deserve!! Trust please!!!

To reply to companies response:
10 days is today. I cancelled on a friday morning so that day is added to the total, 10 days is today. And no refund. I spoke to Parker yesterday and I said I'll wait till tomorrow, but we both know the refund is not going to reflect tomorrow.
You should then maybe improve your communication with your customers, as I was told yesterday through the live chat the refund has unfortunately not been processed as of yet. Which means for all the other days.... What have you been doing. Not even sending any updates.
To improve your company you need to improve your communication.
If I received communication regarding my refund and of any delays regarding it. I would have had peace of mind that the company is actually trying to keep their customers happy.
