James and the team were great throughout. I was recommended by a friend after hearing about their experience and the windows speak for themselves. James handled everything smoothly and was impressive from start to finish. Everything was sorted over the phone while travelling, with clear explanations and detailed drawings. Very convenient and the price was competitive. The install team were efficient and left the place clean and tidy. Thanks James and team, highly recommend!

We bought an old Edwardian House where the windows,apart from some very horrible secondary glazing hadn’t been touched in over 40 years.

We needed new windows throughout and whilst not cheap Sash windows refurbishment price was competitive with new windows and living in a conservation area we decided to opt for their services.

We never regretted that decision.

Nothing was too much trouble for the team from Michelle running ops at base thru to a very professional survey and installation work carried out.

The team were so friendly and helpful and the end product so good.Cant speak highly enough of Sash Window co.

Very pleased with our new windows. The house is already feeling much warmer and it’s noticeably quieter inside now.
The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was great throughout, and the installers were very professional. They did a really tidy job, even repairing the plaster around the frames so everything looks neat. They also made sure to clean up properly before they left, which I really appreciated.

My old wooden french windows desperately needed replacing - the wood frame was rotting in places, gappy, and the panes were only single glazed. I knew replacing them would be expensive, and I was concerned that new frames and windows would look out of place in my Victorian flat. However I am so glad I did it, and so pleased I chose Wandsworth Sash Windows! Communication with WSW was great, and everything happened pretty much exactly how and when they said it would. The people I dealt with were very nice and did an extremely professional and high quality job. The windows look perfect, and still very much in keeping with the flat, which is now much warmer too. WSW will be coming out in a few weeks to quote for more windows to be replaced - can't wait. Highly recommended.
