Okay, so we’re a week away from the first issue of Bigfoot Frankenstein hitting store shelves.

I am super psyched about this. We’ve gotten so many great reviews already, people really seem to get what we were going for – a fun, lighthearted romp about two buddies facing the world together. One just happened to make the other, that’s all.

Here’s something I really wanted to talk about – I know there has been a lot of negative press around Bigfoot Frankenstein’s publisher, Action Lab comics. A lot of people have had some very bad experiences with them, and I know that trying to promote Action Lab books right now is a hard sell.

But…Bigfoot Frankenstein is something special. It means so much to Vernon, Kai and I, and I really hope you’ll give it a chance. Please don’t punish the creative team by punishing the publisher, if that makes sense? We just want to put out the very best comic we can, and I truly believe that with Bigfoot Frankenstein, we’ve done just that. It really is a fun read, I promise. We’re incredibly proud of what we put together here, and I really hope you take a chance and check Bigfoot out!
