Welcome to Cryptoblades Tavern, your one-stop destination for all things poker! Our platform offers a variety of poker games for players to enjoy, and we’re here to help you navigate the ins and outs of our platform.

First things first, let’s talk about creating an account. You’ll need a MetaMask wallet installed and set to the Binance Smart Chain (BNB) network. Once you have that, simply visit our website at https://tavern.cryptoblades.io/ and connect your wallet. From there, you’ll be able to choose a unique nickname (9 characters) and avatar. Remember that your alias and avatar can only be set up once, and they’ll be permanent.

Now that you have an account, you may be wondering about tournament payouts. The prize distribution for our tournaments is based on the number of unique entries received. The prize table pays out to the top 15% of the playing field.

As for the number of players that can play at one time, our platform can currently host up to 5000 players. However, this limit may increase in the future as needed.

Depositing and withdrawing funds is accessible on our platform. To deposit funds, simply go to tavern.cryptoblades.io, connect your wallet, and click on the CASHIER button located in the top right corner of the page. From there, click on WALLET and insert the desired amount. Approve the transaction on your wallet and wait up to 1 minute for the funds to be reflected in your account. Withdrawing funds works similarly, but keep in mind that there is a maximum of 2 withdrawals per day, and withdrawal requests will take up to 24 hours to be processed.

Regarding deposit and withdrawal limits, the minimum amount is $5, and there is no maximum. There is no limit on the number of deposits a player may make per day.

As for transaction processing time, deposits occur immediately. Withdrawals are approved only after due diligence by our Fairplay department and can take up to 24 hours. If you have yet to receive your withdrawal after 24 hours, please open a support ticket on discord.

Our platform offers more than 20 variations of poker, including Texas Holdem, PLO, and HU tables. However, we do have a No Multi-accounting — IP Restrictions policy, which means that players are not allowed to play on the same internet connection simultaneously.

If you bust out, you have 20 seconds to rebuy in a tournament. Also, you can only rebuy if you have a stack equal to or less than the starting stack.

Currently, we support MetaMask and Trust wallets. We have yet to have the option to change chip amounts to big blinds in tournaments, but it may be added in the future.

If you encounter issues with our website, such as the inability to connect or deposit, try reconnecting the wallet to the site after a hard refresh or clearing the cache. If the issue persists, please open a support ticket on discord, and our team will be more than happy to assist you.

Stream Summary: An Overview of Macro Markets and the SKILL Token

In this stream, we discussed the correlation between the SKILL token and BNB prices, the relationship between BNB and BTC, and BTC and various macro markets such as FOREX, the S&P 500, oil, and the Federal Reserve. We also provided an overview of how BNB will be supported in January and what users can expect.

In addition to these topics, we outlined a proposal for an update to the earnings formula that aims to improve the earnings of higher-powered characters compared to lower-powered ones. We also compiled a list of issues with VALOR tokenomics, discussed how we intend to address them, and gathered valuable ideas from the community.

From this list of 29 issues and ideas, we sorted them into categories based on what can be done more immediately for a high payoff, what can be tackled in the long term, and what ideas need to have a higher payoff or require less effort. The following items were chosen as the focus for immediate improvements to the ecosystem:

Updating reforged bonuses for meaningful ROI and power increases
Improving unclaimed earnings for higher power characters compared to lower power characters
Limiting or stopping the production of Gen 1 souls (outside of actual burning) from improving the Gen 1 highlander effect
Finalizing EM bonuses for Trinkets, Shields, and other ecosystems NFTs and releasing them to the community, including additional benefits for Shields within raids and Adventure
Compiling all existing Bazaar issues and providing individual issues and bounties for their implementation
Including Keyboxes in EM and Quests for added utility
Reworking ads to be less intrusive and drive more revenue
Including the burning of trinkets into NFTs for rolling certain permanent benefits
Implementing the SKILL lottery into Raids, with a higher raid entry price and potential for large SKILL lottery rewards
Allowing players to stake SKILL to earn power (with a cap)
Improving VALOR buy-back methods to benefit players and not just traders
Compiling some premium tools and features for players to access via a SKILL subscription
Finalizing “Granny Friendly” gameplay and onboarding improvements
Testing if shields can give an improved victory chance in Adventure and the potential impact on gas
Implementing streak bonuses for battling/buying SKILL daily and earning power increases over time

While these improvements will be a great start, our major initiatives, such as the release of EM, the Tavern, NFT rentals, and the DEX, will remain unchanged. However, these quality-of-life changes will also be added to the pipeline thanks to the valuable feedback and suggestions provided by the community. CryptoBlades Onboards to SKALE Network: Soft-launch Commences

Announced on June 20, 2022, CryptoBlades officially began building on Skale Network. Today, July 6, 2022, the Riveted Games team is proud to share that they have started the onboarding process for their thousands of players to move to the gasless chain. A concrete date for full integration is not confirmed; however, as these first phases take place, it will be easier to gauge a date for completion. Step one begins with opening the CryptoBlades Drawbridge from BNB Chain to Skale. Then in the coming days, their more populated chains will follow. For now, the team has said that once the integration is complete, they will be celebrating this great accomplishment for both projects!

How to Onboard

When CryptoBladers enter the game, they often begin at the character screen (also known as the plaza). If this is your first time playing, you can find CryptoBlades tutorial videos on the CryptoBlades YouTube Channel to help familiarize yourself as you move around the game. In addition, there will be a Skale-specific video coming as the full integration nears.

To begin bridging your CryptoBlades NFTs from BNB Chain to Skale, you will first start by clicking the menu button at the top right of the game page.

Once the menu is open, click settings to find your way to how we will add Skale, BNB Chain, or any other needed network.

Scroll down to the current chain option and select the one(s) you want to add to metamask. For example, if you are on BNB Chain and want to bridge to Skale, select Skale from the list, and Metamask will prompt you to add it to your list of networks.

After adding Skale to your Metamask, you will need to Switchback (in Metamask or through the options page) to BNB Chain where your NFTs reside. From there, open the menu again and click on NFT Bridge.

When Bridging CryptoBlades NFTs, you must send the NFT to your “Storage” within the Bridging tab. First, click on the NFT you want to send, then “Move NFT to Storage.”

Once your NFT is in Storage, you are ready to Bridge! At the bottom, you will see the NFT you moved from your inventory. Above, you will see the option to select the chain you wish to Bridge to. For this example, we are on CryptoBlades Testnet, where Bridging is unnecessary; however, for any users moving to Skale, the Skale (and all other) option(s) will be open.

Select the NFT you want to bridge.

Choose Skale as the “Target Chain”

Go to the top of the page below “Storage” and “Request Transfer”

Congratulations, you have successfully bridged your NFT to Skale Network!

To retrieve your NFT and start playing, switch your Metamask (or go back to the options menu) to Skale.

On Skale, you need to go to the NFT Bridge, open your Storage, and transfer the NFT to your inventory! From there, you are ready to play and earn on CryptoBlades! Don’t forget that you can claim SFUEL in CryptoBlades Discord which is used (essentially) for gas. Further updates and information on Skale will follow in the coming weeks.

The Road to CryptoBlades: Kingdoms Begins

TL;DR: CryptoBlades: Kingdoms steps into a new light as the next milestone is the biggest it will achieve to date. On June 28th, the Riveted Games team launched their CBK beta whitelist campaign in search of one-thousand lucky players to join and battle for money, land, and early gameplay experience. Apart from the updates from CBK’s successful Alpha test, completely new features such as guilds have entered the game. The whitelist is open through the end of July.

Kings, Queens, and CryptoBladers across the land, we are proud to bring you the official details of CryptoBlades: Kingdoms Beta! After an extremely well-executed Alpha, our developers took all feedback critically and used it alongside hard data to hone the game’s core elements. As a result, we have enhanced gameplay, new troops, and other exciting features. As we look forward to the launch of the CBK beta, we will be deciding on the date once the collection of the whitelist and preparation is complete and we have delivered all necessary testnet assets to everyone entered.

The CBK Beta tournament offers $1000 in prizes to any participant that can place on the top of the leaderboards in any of the 8 measured categories. There are 7 individual categories that reward $100 prizes. They include most units trained, most resources collected (from your own village), most building levels obtained, most battles won, most battles lost, most units defeated, and most looted resources (stolen from others). A new feature in CBK Beta that we couldn’t be more excited about is Guilds! To test the strength of teamwork and alliances, $300 will be distributed to the guild with the most battles won at the end of the tournament.

Testnet Assets

Nothing is needed from you to participate in the testnet besides entering your information on the whitelist gleam form:

As it will be for the full game launch, Beta players will need (and be provided) CBK land on the BNB Chain testnet. This will be used to sign in and store your progress. Upon your first visit, the server will randomly generate your village and place it on the map. After settling, your quest to build your kingdom begins! How you play is up to you; however, we recommend everyone join the CryptoBlade: Kingdoms Discord, where there will be a special role assigned and private beta channels for everyone to connect! On June 1, 2022, Riveted Games, the creators of CryptoBlades, launched their new crypto start-up launchpad, AscensionPad. With the popularity of CryptoBlades rising, alongside their latest projects, Bolstyr and MagicConnect, their community and social reach have been expanding consistently throughout the year. Now, looking to deviate from the sentiment of Bitcoin and crypto overall, the continuous execution of their Phase IX campaign for CryptoBlades has been flawless — with the game seeing nearly a 20% increase in daily active users over the last thirty days.

Like all launchpads, AscensionPad will utilize token staking and tiers to determine a user’s maximum early allocation per project. Rather than creating a new AscensionPad token, the team has brought another means of utility to the native CryptoBlades token, SKILL. The more SKILL you stake, the more allocation you’ll have available for purchase. One of the first projects up on AscensionPad is Bolstyr, a decentralized low-fee crypto environment for content creators to connect their fans directly to their work for little to no fee. Introduction

While the SKILL token Anniversary was on April 11th, tomorrow will officially mark the 365th day since the CryptoBlades game was released! First, we want to take this opportunity to thank every person that is a part of this exceptional group of over 500,000 members that play and support our projects like no other community or game in the world! How it Started

From the beginning, CryptoBlades had a buzzing community. In late June 2021, play-to-earn gaming was ramping up, and people were ready for the next project. As CryptoBlades began to grow, building its foundation and redeveloping core game mechanics were a priority. The option for 200 stamina fights instead of 40, reforging, and the in-game market were all game-changing features. At that point, CryptoBlades Discord was nearing 3000 members.

Updates, giveaways, and events significantly moved the game and community forward. Thousands of members and SKILL token holders joined every day, and it quickly became evident that CryptoBlades was blowing up. As a notable favorite from the start of Binance’s Most Valuable Builder II competition, CryptoBlades would top all competitors and be the talk of NFT and play-to-earn summer in 2021 with a Discord community of over 100,000 members.

The Rise

The SKILL run of July was, for a moment, the talk of crypto. CryptoBlades was named in an article by Forbes magazine, alongside it was and is still being talked about by many big-time projects and exchanges. Enjin, one of if not the top block-chain gaming projects in crypto, is a recently acquired partner that will be utilizing CryptoBlades’ NFT bridging solution, and CryptoBlades will be building on their platform. It is yet another chain that CryptoBlades will launch on in the future. Similarly, exchanges have been interested in SKILL as further utility and trading volume are imminent.

The Challenge

Of course, no glory comes without hardships and learning curves. As fear increases in the market, it’s been hard to watch its effect on NFTs and play-to-earn gaming. NFTs and subcategories of cryptocurrency move with Bitcoin and the traditional market, except many times, it can move much more volatile. To avoid a collapse, CryptoBlades employed various marketing campaigns and development strategies that led to an over 700% increase in daily active users in just five months.

Rebirth

To begin building from the lows of November, CryptoBlades developed The Knighthood Program to help improve sustainability and deliver a service that is nearly a launchpad of its own. It’s designed to support project growth by exposing them to the massive CryptoBlades community and all of the communities/partners we are connected to. This service alone has provided over half a million dollars in rewards for our players.
