PolygonPunks has selected PolyDoge as the exclusive collateralization token on ghostNFT. This means that any Collateralization and Uncollateralization Fees originated from PolygonPunks NFT Collection will be paid out to $POLYDOGE token holders.

This marks the first native NFT collection on Polygon to migrate over to ghostNFT and get collateralized.

The first 50 NFT collections to list their collection on ghostNFT will get special considerations from the GHOST team ranging from prioritized dev support to token allocation.

How an NFT Collection Can Be Registered On ghostNFT

When registering an NFT Collection on ghostNFT, the following three fields need to be specified:

• Collateralization Fee
• Uncollateralization Fee
• Commission token

Accumulated Collateralization and Uncollateralization Fees can be claimed by Commission Token holders. One of the most interesting aspects of ghostNFT is that an NFT collection can choose any token to be their Commission token, providing a high level of flexibility and customization for users.

Massive Benefits to PolyDoge Token Holders

PolygonPunks has recently integrated $POLYDOGE as a Commission Token, offering token holders the opportunity to claim a share of the Collateralization and Uncollateralization Fees generated by the PolygonPunks NFT Collection. Why? As we’ve been building our own project on Polygon, the team here at PolyDoge feels we continually witness a disconnect between the various communities building in the blockchain ecosystem. Well well well PolyDoge friends and fam, here we are again, getting ready to drop some MONSTER NEWS. Several months ago we released our PolyDoge DAO, where holders of PolyDoge and select PolyDoge NFTs can vote on community proposals. What we’re revealing here builds on that in a major way!

Drum roll please…

PolyDogeDAO is a fork of successful Fantom Opera algorithmic stablecoin Tomb.finance and an innovative solution that can adjust PolyDoge supply deterministically to move the price of the stablecoin PolyDogeDollar (PDD)! Lots of impressive techno-wizardry and engineering has been designed to make this work, continue reading to get a simplified breakdown of what all this means.

PolyDogeDollar? Wat mean?

PolyDogeDAO will introduce and feature three key components, PolyDogeDollar (PDD), PolyDogeShare (PDS), and PolyDogeBonds (PDB). Without going into the technical nitty gritty, the PolyDogeDollar price will be pegged to 1 MATIC, and will expand or contract the supply of PDD to keep it at this pegged price. PolyDogeShare is distributed to those staking their PDD in the PolyDogeDAO Incubator (more on this below). PDS tokens are used to achieve a completely decentralized on-chain governance where PDS holders have voting rights and the ability to create proposals to improve the protocol. PDS has a maximum total supply of 100,000 tokens. PolyDogeBonds are essentially used to help with the expansion and contraction of PDD supply to help keep it stable.

Wait, so we can stake?

Yes! Before staking goes into effect though, there will be a Genesis period, wherein an initial mint of 80,001 PDD will be distributed for 4 days by the following pools: one PDD-WMATIC LP pool and 3 single asset staking pools — WMATIC, USDC, and of course PolyDoge. Each pool will have rewards as follows: 14,000 reserved for the PDD-WMATIC pool, 9,000 reserved for the USDC pool, 9,000 reserved for the WMATIC pool, and 8,000 reserved for the POLYDOGE pool. WMATIC and USDC staking pools have 2% deposit fee which will be used for initial liquidity with the remaining 40,000 PDD. With the remaining 1 PDD token, the team will create a PDD-MATIC QUICKSWAP pair!

OK SO TELL ME ABOUT THE STAKING PLEASE SIR

Right, I was getting to that. The LP pools once launched will be called Power Banks, where participants at PolyDogeDAO can earn some PolyDogeShares by depositing LP. PDS has a maximum total supply of 100,001 tokens. 90,000 PDS are allocated to reward pools; 5,000 PDS are allocated to the PolyDogeDAO Fund; and 5,000 PDS are allocated to the team.

I still don’t understand the purpose of PDS, explain yourself!

Alright, hold your horses! I was just about to get there. PDS will be used in the PolyDogeDAO Incubator. In the Incubator, PDS can earn expansion rewards in the form of PDD. How does it do this you may be asking? When the time-weighted average price (TWAP) of PDD is above the 1 MATIC peg, the protocol mints PDD and distributes it proportionally to all PDS holders who have staked their tokens in the Incubator. When PDD is below the 1 MATIC peg, users can buy PolyDoge Bonds and redeem them when PDD is back over 1 MATIC. There are plenty of technicals and numbers we won’t go into here, but that’s the general gist. Pretty neat, huh?

So this is part of the DAO, right?

Yes! Like all DAOs, it will have a DAO fund which will conduct buybacks and act as an additional defense to help maintain the peg. If PDD TWAP is below 1 MATIC, buybacks will be initiated by the DAO. These will be done at a time decided by the team and not publicized until after the protocol is back in expansion to prevent front running. If PDD TWAP is extremely high, the DAO will sell some PDD to help assist bringing back to peg and prepare its reserves for buybacks below 1 MATIC.

As you may know, we began conversations with a true OG project — MetacosmiX, a couple of months ago, and even collaborated together on a small giveaway. Jordan stayed in touch with their lead devs and continued to monitor their progress, and boy, they have not disappointed. He believes this is a project and a team that punches way above its weight. For starters, they are quietly developing MetabeastZ, the world’s first 3D NFT Trading Card Game with a bunch of stellar partners.

But you wouldn’t know any of this just by looking at their market cap. Their Telegram is chill, their Twitter is low-key, they haven’t done a lick of marketing. Thus, this beautiful project is a true hidden gem. We at PolyDoge think the world has been sleeping on MetacosmiX and that they’re about to lift off hard very soon. Frankly, what they’re doing is going to have a massive impact on the future of Web3 gaming, to say nothing of their jaw-dropping (unpublished) roadmap, which we won’t spoil here except to say that it sent chills down our spines.

Now for the big news: we’ve decided to make a very strategic, long-term play to MERGE OUR TEAMS. Straight facts you guys. POLYDOGE FAM! WHAT’S UP!?!? Things have been a little quiet on the surface lately, and for good reason; so much has been going on behind the scenes! Now it’s time to start leaking some of what has been going on. Recently, PolyDoge rock star Jordan Charters did an AMA on the PolyDoge Italia chat, and MetaPetz powered by PolyDoge was the main subject! Read below to learn more about what PolyDoge has been working tirelessly on!

MVP, MLP?

In the sales biz, Minimum Viable Product is a well known term, referring to a version of a product with just enough features to be usable by early customers, who can then provide feedback for future product development. But what PolyDoge is trying to achieve with MetaPetz is the Minimum Lovable Product (MLP). Straight from Jordan, “We don’t want to bring something to market that isn’t lovable and these MetaPetz will be loveable to a degree not seen in the NFT or Crypto world yet.” Hear that gang? PolyDoge is looking to mimic and even enhance the foundational relationship that we’ve all had with our pets since we were kids. So we’re not just here trying to shill you another NFT, MetaPetz will be about building a legitimate 3D companion in the metaverse.

TELL ME MORE!

How will we achieve this goal you may be thinking? MetaPetz will have a diverse activities list, ranging from playing with them in the metaverse, feeding them, taking care of them, going on quests, fighting mobs to earn loot, or taking them for walks outside in the real world via mobile AR integrations (think Pokémon Go but BETTER.) But that’s not at all! We are implementing systems where the MetaPetz will respond and interact with you. MetaPetz will even be able to know your mood, and determine the best way to communicate with you as an individual. Again, MetaPetz will go far beyond any other NFT known to date.

MetaPetz is not just a cash grab or one and done NFT project, it is going to be an entire ecosystem that can uplift and help bridge the gap between the Web 3.0 metaverse and reality.

Q: Is MetaPetz on desktop and mobile?

A: Jordan — When creating a game and more specifically one that is to appeal to a mass audience, it is crucial to have a mobile component. Mobile gaming has dwarfed the majority of other mediums of access. The first main gameplay will be on Netvrk.co and they have been working on mobile, tablet, PC, Mac and VR functionality. So we can say with confidence that all of these options will eventually be available. Eventually we will also have our own AR app to take your MetaPetz on the go and into the real world!

Q: Is MetaPetz an open world game? Are you maybe thinking about an only MetaPetz platform too?

A: Jordan — Yes, but not just open world on the Netvrk metaverse through Unreal Engine 5, but multi-world! What do we mean by this? We are exploring every possible way to link MetaPetz into other play-2-earn games and universes. The bulk of gameplay will be on Netvrk. However, there will be elements of cross-play on several other platforms. The vision is to have MetaPetz utility available throughout the crypto world and beyond. Another thing to consider is that Netvrk has the ability to create entire multi-faceted metaverses inside its ecosystem. We will be partnering with these other worlds and also building our own whole metaverse in the future.

Q: Is MetaPetz single player or multi-player? Is it possible to create an alliance or guild? If possible will there be any benefit from it?

A: Jordan — MetaPetz is both a single player and multi-player experience. Single player is more in the style of Tamagotchi, such customizing your pets, PVE, teaching your MetaPetz, leveling them up, and several other gameplay elements.

Multi-player will include but not be limited to teaming up with others in the Metaverse to take on a quest, RAID bosses, PVP, guilds, and Multi Game Alliances. What do we mean by Multi Game Alliances? In Netvrk there will be many many other p2e NFT gaming experiences and projects. We will be partnering with these projects and intermingling our gameplay rewards, systems of engagement, and co-creation. Think of a giant MMORPG where you have access to 200 different gameplay scenarios all-in-one. The true metaverse is a playground like none other!Imagine that you can take your MetaPetz into an entirely different game mechanic and vice versa, across limitless genres (are you bullish yet!?)

Q: What kind of utilities will a pet have? Only fighting? Or there will be any “jobs” for the pets?

A: Jordan — Every MetaPetz species will have its own unique gameplay mechanics only they can do. For instance the SHIBAs can dig in the metaverse and on AR. While digging they can find parts to old relics, NFTs, tokens, physical items, WLs, and crafting pieces. We will be making a whole crafting system that will be quite robust.

Q: CRAFTING!? TELL ME MORE!

A: Jordan — Close your eyes, and imagine that you and your MetaPet are running around the Netvrk map and find a MetaPetz Park location.You decide to start using some of your digging charges. You find the piece of an ancient sword from thousands of years ago. Luck would have it you already have a piece you got from a raid boss. Now you just need one more piece. Maybe someone put it on sale on Opensea. It looks expensive, but you also determine that no one else has made this sword yet. So you purchase the part for 1 ETH. Then you forge it and through Chainlink VRF the stats are rolled. You get some crazy rolls on Legendary attributes. Now you have a sword that is worth 10 ETH or more, and is one-of-a-kind. You can equip it to your avatar or opt to infuse it into one of your MetaPetz weapons. You will also be able to freely trade items. No more getting stuck with skins or items that just collect digital dust. Everything has purpose and value.

Q: Will there be an in-game marketplace?

A: Jordan — Yes! There will be player-run markets. There will be MetaPetz Shops on Netvrk land that will generate transaction fees for shop owners. Some NFTs will initially only be available in the MetaPetz Shops, and will be available later on secondary markets. MetaPetz Shops will allow you to heal your MetaPetz for a small fee. This fee will be split by the shop owner and used to buy back PolyDoge. For all exchanges of value occurring across the tokens, NFTs, and other gameplay purchases, a percentage of the transaction will go toward buying back PolyDoge. Buy pressure will be through the roof and there will be big secondary sales on NFTs. Some of that will be burnt and then most will go into the DAO treasury to be used as we as a community see fit.

Q: Will it be possible to sell MetaPetz NFTs on famous marketplaces such as Opensea?

A: Jordan — MetaPetz NFTs will be available on many of the popular marketplaces. Keep in mind that every trait, item, and attribute is its own NFT. The MetaPetz will be fully customizable. Too many times we’ve all gotten great NFTs from different projects, but maybe there is a necklace on it we don’t want. Or a weird item in the background. Or it just doesn’t look right all together. So we thought, how awesome would it be if you had your base SHIBA type and then could add and remove all the items, traits, and attributes as you want, so you determine exactly the way your MetaPetz look!

Q: Would it be possible to win a MetaPetz in game? Like a special quest?

A: Jordan — Yes! There will be special world events where you can win the next mint. To unlock new features, mints, and species there will be special tasks or raids players will have to complete together.

Q: What about all the people that want to play but don’t have a MetaPetz?

A: Jordan — We will make it so players can start with a starter MetaPetz With greatly limited access to the economy. But can still have fun and earn lol bit to get up to a full fledged MetaPet. This way we can scale our player base to tens of thousands instead of maybe 2,000 active players a day.Too many p2e games are siloed to only those that have “bought in”. A good majority of users don’t even play the game. This leads to even great projects dying as the player base is not a good mix between those that really want to enjoy the game versus those that want to flip for a good profit. We won’t make that mistake.

Q: Will there be a p2p selling option?

A: Jordan — Yes, something like this is in the works, Netvrk will handle that side of things.

Q: Are there any in-game farmable resources?

A: Jordan — Yes, from our own game and other games as well! For instance, food used to feed your pets could come from our own drops or from other games that have food NFTs. So there are major opportunities for interoperability. Or for example you could pick fruit off a tree in a MetaPetz Park and feed your MetaPetz and said fruit would be a tradeable NFT. Or we are working with a tree growing simulation game and you get some tokens as well. Or a big farm game in Netvrk. The connections are limitless!

Q: Are you thinking about a burning mechanism for the PolyDoge token?

A: Jordan — Yes! Let’s say you are breeding You want a specific trait but don’t have it on your MetaPetz. Now it is in the pool but you could try to get that trait at a higher rate of percent by burning PolyDoge, staking it or holding for a certain period of time. So you burn some PolyDoge and it increases your multiplier to be able to get the trait and/or breed that you want. This also goes for partner projects. So you want a trait from Warp.bond? You burn some Warp to increase your chances, and now we have a mechanism of burning that is fun and valuable.

Q: Is it possible to buy the key cards with PolyDoge?

A: Jordan — Yes we will have a special tiered system for our community to buy a limited amount of MetaPetz with PolyDoge. What are the key cards you ask? The key cards are the first access to the ecosystem. Think of them like a founders edition NFT. Each key card is a representation of the 12 base SHIBAs for the foundation of the game. So you get Shadow SHIBA you can mint the 3D version. Fire SHIBA the same. You get the picture. You get a free mint of the 3D MetaPetz for each one, with special holder perks that increase with value over time. You also get to help build the future of the MetaPetz with greater voting power in the DAO. Also, each base SHIBA has its own rarity in the pool. We have thought about having you be able to pick. One other nice mechanic we are putting in for the key cards is you can reroll those stats three times with higher chances of getting better numbers by using PolyDoge!

Q: Can people exchange the base SHIBAs?

A: Jordan — Yes, you will be able to do this with other people. We’re considering an option to swap between different tiers of rarity. But we also want to make sure there are a certain amount of each. Burning your SHIBAs to get something much more legendary could be coming. It’s on the table as a feature. So those of you that have seen the numbers on the key cards are probably very curious as to what those numbers mean? Those numbers are random rolls for airdrop power and rarity power for the NFT traits, attributes and items that will be dropped to you randomly as a holder of the key cards. The higher your airdrop power, the higher the potential to get higher NFT rarity, the higher chance you get much rarer NFTs!

What’s going on PolyDoge enthusiasts, I hope everyone is staying perky! You know, for a long time now, we’ve been the only Doge on Polygon. Sure, we’ve had other Inus, animalistic beasts, and cheap imitators. Yet, we’ve been the only polygonal canine to stand the test of time.

While we’ve had a great time flying solo, we felt it was time to join a new pack, so without further ado…

We’re proud to announce that we’re joining the Dogira gaming ecosystem! (WHAT!?)

This means that we will be integrating our token and NFTs into the “DoFi” platform. Collaboration is an extremely important value to us as a team. Despite the principles of decentralization in this industry, we’ve seen first hand the benefits of integrating communities and technology.

Greetings PolyDoge friends and fam! Big, big news! The PolyDoge DAO is back up and running new and improved, and this time with a twist! The previous DAO had some slight issues, like needing an absolute majority of token holders for a vote to pass. Since most people were stuck in various LPs, and 70% of the total supply is either burned, locked in a smart contract, or on exchanges, this was very difficult to achieve.

We know many of you have been asking, “Wen utility for NFTs dear sir AMINS??” Well now you’ve got it! We have added a new system to the updated PolyDoge DAO that integrates most of our NFTs as a voting booster! HOW DOES IT WORK?

You can now go to https://snapshot.org/#/polydoge.eth and see the PolyDoge page with all of the active and expired proposals. Connecting is quick and easy, you can use a variety of browser-based wallets to connect and join the DAO. Once you connect your wallet and join the DAO the website will automatically calculate your voting power, factoring in the PolyDoge and NFTs you hold in the wallet that you connected.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

The DAO has been completely remade, upgraded, and is open to the whole public, officially making PolyDoge a decentralized cryptocurrency!! Any community member, new or old, can bring forth proposals for the whole community to vote on. Anyone can initiate a vote and take lead on a project! As an added bonus, the team has put 800 billion PolyDoge tokens at the community’s disposal (roughly 30k USD at the time of writing) to be spent how we as a community see fit.

With this new DAO, PolyDoge is truly the ultimate community token, by the community and for the community. You can look forward to having plenty of proposals to vote on as we roll out projects that have been in the works for the past few weeks and months.

PolyDoge friends and family, ARE YOU READY FOR SOME EPIC NEWS!? You’ve heard cross-chain rumors and been teased for months… Well, we have officially gone cross-chain onto the Cronos blockchain! Using RelayChain and CRODEX, PolyDoge enthusiasts can now bridge their PolyDoge from the Polygon network to the Cronos network, and can also buy PolyDoge on the Cronos network! WHAT!? I’m sure you’re all wondering what these things are and what they mean. Fear not, we’re here to help!

WHAT IS CRONOS?

Other than being the Father of Zeus and the very essence of time, Cronos is the revolutionary blockchain from Crypto.com! Crypto.com serves over 10 million customers worldwide annually and has the largest crypto card program in use. With CRO as the native token (currently in the top 25 in terms of market cap), Cronos offers a lot of utility with blockchain interoperability and cross-chain scaling, so think about what that means for PolyDoge and its future possibilities (seriously, think about it). Cronos fees are also pretty cheap, at only 1–2 CRO per transaction (beats ETH price eh?) and also very fast.

RELAYCHAIN

To facilitate cross-chain transfers, Cronos has partnered with the third party bridging solution RelayChain, and bridging your PolyDoge over to Cronos (or over to Polygon) is very easy, and the fee is really cheap, only about 6 MATIC.

Let’s go over the bridging process now, using bridging PolyDoge on the Polygon Network over to the Cronos Network as an example:

Step 1. Set up the Cronos network in Metamask

Step 2. Head to https://app.relaychain.com/#/cross-chain-bridge-transfer and connect your metamask wallet, making sure Polygon network is the active network

Step 3. Choose Cronos as the destination chain, select PolyDoge in the asset/token field (this is very easy to do as PolyDoge is whitelisted!), and choose the amount you want to transfer, like below:

Step 4: Send the PolyDoge spend approval transaction

Step 5: Once this goes through, you can then transfer your funds! As part of the transfer, you automatically get dropped about 2 CRO, so your first transaction or two are already paid for!

Step 6: After a matter of minutes, usually five or six minutes max, your precious PolyDoge will be on Cronos as a wrapped token, with the Cronos contract address 0x9b8077C6590b560f1A9D60512648277D29b35A3B.

Step 7: Lastly, all you need to do is switch your Metamask network to Cronos, and boom, you have PolyDoge on Cronos! (This process works virtually the same way if you want to go from Cronos to Polygon, you just need to add the Polygon network to your Metamask wallet.)

CRODEX

Along with RelayChain, PolyDoge users will also now have access to the premier DEX on Cronos, CRODEX! A third-party DEX, CRODEX has a total TVL of over $35 million at the time of writing! PolyDoge is one of the few whitelisted tokens on CRODEX, so finding and buying it is very easy.
