I remember the time I took a trip to visit the houses of my past. I knew that my Aunt Isabel and Uncle Ike (they were our great-aunt and great uncle but we always called them that,) were no longer there – and I was nervous about knocking on the door and saying that I had come to visit the past. I think my love of classic cars, vintage anything and ginger steamed pudding can be traced back to them.
