In England we have been blaming, castigating, even scorning our health services for the length of our hospital waiting times.
They are now as bad as they have ever been.
What a badly run, and run-down, health services we have here, on our little island.
What inhamune, money-orientated, government policy decisions !
But it isn’t just England.
Here is a blog from France, listing hospital waiting times. And they are no better.
It does No Good to be cut off from our peers. When perspective is need, a wider picture, a truer estimation, then we need to be all in together, with transparency, a general will to be open and to learn from other.
Research shows that people working closely together come up with solutions better and quicker than when working remotely.
En Angleterre, nous avons blâmé, fustigé, voire méprisé nos services de santé pour la longueur de nos délais d'attente à l'hôpital.
Ils sont maintenant aussi mauvais qu’ils ne l’ont jamais été.
Quels services de santé sont mal gérés et délabrés ici, sur notre petite île.
Quelles décisions politiques gouvernementales inhamunes et orientées vers l’argent !
Mais il n’y a pas que l’Angleterre.
Voici un blog français répertoriant les temps d'attente à l'hôpital. Et ils ne valent pas mieux.
Cela ne sert à rien d’être coupé de nos pairs. Lorsqu’il faut une perspective, une vision plus large, une estimation plus juste, alors nous devons être tous ensemble, avec transparence, avec une volonté générale d’être ouvert et d’apprendre des autres.
Les recherches montrent que les personnes travaillant en étroite collaboration trouvent des solutions mieux et plus rapidement qu'en travaillant à distance.
