Circumcised?

Within the context of the on-going low-intensity conflict as exists between Pakistan and India, a vital aspect of the forensic process the body examined for circumcision. The suspected terrorist if circumcised reasonably thought to be a MUSLIM. If not circumcised the terrorist reasonably thought to be a HINDU!

This criteria and "standard model" NO longer seen as valid!! You have to read the entire article!

Came across this image quite by accident: "Hindus were also targeted by the Pakistani forces and as such soldiers would routinely check whether men were circumcised to determine whether they were Muslim or not. At checkpoints where soldiers would force the men to prove whether they were circumcised, soldiers would then rape the men too." Here a Pakistani soldier making the East Pakistan national [called Bangladesh now] pull open his sarong to examine for the circumcision. That person if circumcised a Muslim and OK. If not circumcised a Hindu and not OK.

The Mumbai terrorists of 2008 too their bodies examined for signs of circumcision. Again, Hindu do not circumcise. Evidence of circumcision points to the Muslim attacker. This sort of stuff works both ways.

The Firearms Examiner determines what types of weapons were used, the number used and if any were used in previous attacks. All terrorist weapons captured are test-fired and the bullets viewed through the comparison microscope to determine if they had been used in woundings or killings. The possibility of an atomic attack on an American city is very much on the minds of the movers and shakers, policy and decision makers!

The U.S. now has, perhaps has had for some time now, a forensics lab devoted to determining in the aftermath of such a nuclear detonation, where the bomb came from, and who would have detonated it.

IMPORTANT STUFF!!

Especially so in the age of terrorism, the ultimate nightmare [??] is for some terrorists, such as Al Qaeda, to drive a pick-up truck, with an atomic bomb in the back, across the Mexican border, and detonate the bomb in some U.S. city.

This is really a possibility. No less person than Warren Buffet has stated that the chances of such an occurrence is 100 % by the year 2050. This IS NOT FANTASY SCARE-MONGERING!

During the time of the Cold War, the threat of retaliation for nuclear attack was found to have been the best way to prevent atomic war and atomic attack.

"If you drop a bomb [atomic] on us, we will drop a bomb [atomic] on you. Perhaps drop ten bombs for each bomb you drop on us. You may kill a lot of us, but we will kill even magnitudes more of you!!!"

During the Cold War, knowing who to retaliate against was not even a question. It was assumed, quite correctly, that the only world power able to launch a nuclear attack against the U.S. would have to be the Soviet Union. Missiles or manned bomber aircraft, traveling over the pole, in large numbers, would be easily detected by American radars in advance of atomic detonations in American cities. U.S. DECISION MAKERS WOULD KNOW WITH ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY WHO TO RETALIATE AGAINST!! A no-brainer, as they say!

Such certainty is now NOT a given!?

3. Make analysis on the debris to determine "clues".

A. For a plutonium type implosion atomic device.

* "what the operating conditions were and its age" [of the reactor]

B. For an enriched uranium gun-type atomic bomb.

* [clues to determine] "what kind of centrifuge — or electro-magnet — was used to enrich the uranium to bomb grade."

4. "Determine the efficiency of the bomb." What degree of sophistication went into the design. WHO WOULD HAVE HAD THE CAPACITY TO DESIGN AND BUILD THE BOMB.

Determining “bomb efficiency,” which in turn can help identify who designed the bomb.

Who designed the bomb, who provided the materials, who transported it! This is all vital information that will be need to determine WHO TO RETALIATE AGAINST!!

"Sneaky Pete" will find out they are not so "sneaky"! "We will find out who you are, and you will get your just due!"

The culprit, the "entity", and contributing culprits and "entities" will be indentified and receive retaliation in kind THAT WILL HURT!!

CSI

Persons that watch the TV program "CSI" [Crime Scene Investigation] will be well aware of the various methods, techniques, protocols employed by modern scientific criminal investigators. Methods, techniques, protocols, NOW ALSO being used on the "battlefield" of the Global War On Terror [GWOT]!

Scientific crime fighting "applications" to include:

(1). Fingerprints. Fingerprints are now and have been obtained from a variety of sources and compared to existing records. Sources to include:

* Jihadi - - captured or found dead on the battlefield.
* Documents.
* Weapons.
* Safe houses and training camps.

Fingerprints not only forming a database, but when compared to existing records, producing some surprising results. MANY OF THESE JIHADI KILLED OR CAPTURED ON A FOREIGN BATTLEFIELD HAVE ESTABLISHED CRIMINAL RECORDS IN THE U.S. Lived previously for a period in America and engaged in some sort of criminal behavior!

(2). DNA samples for high-ranking jihadi have been obtained and stored. [Taken from [voluntarily or otherwise?] family members of the clans bin Laden and Zawahiri, for instance] A means of ID that can be used to positively determine the deaths of High-Value-Targets [HVT’s] on the battlefield.

It must be kept in mind that modern weaponry can have a devastating effect on the human body. Blown to smithereens quite often being the case. Maybe only minute bits and pieces of a body, a blood smear, or merely just blood droplets being all that is left!

Destroying the senior leadership of Al Qaeda does have a high priority! NOT ONLY killing them when possible, but knowing for CERTAIN that you have killed the right villain is also essential!! DNA testing allows, when possible, for an absolutely certain ID of the bad guy!

(3). Suspects detained in the low-intensity, irregular, anti-jihadi type of combat are being tested for gun-shot-residue [GSR]. Hands swabbed and tested to see if the "suspect" has fired a firearm recently. A way of separating the good from the bad!

GSR testing was conducted on the male inhabitants of Fallujah. All males detained were swabbed and tested for GSR. Those not showing traces of GSR released, those testing positive held for further "processing".

(4). Autopsies - - random, are also being performed on enemy bodies found on the battlefield. Such autopsies have revealed that jihadi engaged in suicide type of missions are quite often "high" on BZ ["Buzz"]. Intoxicants and stimulants other than opiates are normally forbidden to the Muslim! "Buzz" is OK by the mullahs and imams?

From teeth extracted during an autopsy it should be possible to determine with a pretty good degree of certainty the nationality, ethnicity, or region of the world where the deceased jihadi has spent the formative years of their life. Is this particular dead villain a Malay, a Filipino, a Kurd, a Saudi, a Turk, a Chechen, a Somali, etc. This type of question can be answered with pretty good assurance!

CSI "stuff" not normally associated with conventional warfare is an important feature of the Global War on Terror [GWOT]! "Evidence" that is used in criminal investigations is very useful when fighting the jihadi enemy as well!?

That seems to be the case!
