The comforting sun fades elegantly out of eyes reach
Revealing the truth of the dark under a moon lit night
Uncertainty drapes the mind with its unrelenting breeze
As past nightmares come forth with the absence of light

When closing the eyes you see the sun that never fades
The one that's always there speaking to you in the silence
Waiting patiently by the wisdom tree at the lotus pond
Away from echoing dark memories and fears crippling violence

Soak in the prism of its unchanging eternal essence
To finally see what's inside this luminous star 
Dark memories flee from the real everlasting truth
Now that you remember who you really are

Gathering in the distance full of pain
Lightning crackles to show its furious bite
Warning of this storm brings more than rain
