These structures are allegedly part of an Art project along the North coast of the Isle of Sheppey, England. What they are supposed to represent I’m not sure but at low tide this morning made for an interesting image.

Taken on a chilly but sunny Sunday morning at Minster beach, Isle of Sheppey, England. The tide had gone out as far as you could see, there was this one couple walking along the shore with their dog that morning.
