Today face paint exhibited a beautiful and artistic collection of body paint art tattoo´s and the one i am wearing in the picture is one of my favorites, you can find this or more at the Face-paint store if you didn’t had time to go check the beautiful exhibition.

This outfit has been long overdue, for my blog. This outfit i created for my Supreme talent competition and in some way is the one i loved the most.. With this outfit i had the chance to think outside the box and still stay true to the person i was representing. In this case Frida Khalo, one of the best known female painter. she had this inner strength and brutal attitude towards pain, where she wasn’t afraid to show it. I chose one of Frida’s most famous works, The Two Fridas, where in The paintings shows two versions of the artist sitting side by side, with both of their hearts exposed. One Frida is dressed nearly all in white and has a damaged heart and spots of blood on her clothing. The other wears bold colored clothing and has an intact heart. These figures are believed to represent “unloved” and “loved” versions of Kahlo.. The chosen unloved side unlike many other of her painting is a pain and a feeling many people can relate to and had felt it at one time in their life. A famous quote from Frida about herself and everything she endured and experienced is;

At the end of the day, we can endure much more than we think we can.

Quote Nikki Demarazi Notecard;End of the World Fair – Invite!

Hi there! If you’re receiving this NC it’s because we’d love to have you consider participating in an event thats up-coming! Compiling elements we love from other events we’ve participated in, my friend Kay and I have formulated the “End of the World Fair” …. you know how the Mayan calendars predicted the end of the world in December this year? Yeh…. we don’t believe it either but it’s a good excuse for an event!

We’re looking for amazing designers – which is where you come in ! Applications can be picked up at this LM : End of the World Fair -HQ

Theres a whole lot of information all attached in NC forms at the bottom of this NC for you to peruse and think about whether you might want to join in the fun.

This is the timeline for the event :
01 Dec – Applications for Designers close
02 Dec – Designers will have received welcome packs, hunt signs and confirmation NC
05 Dec – Designer payments Due to rent-boxes at the Fair HQ
10 Dec – Applications for Bloggers close
10 Dec – Blogger Area opens at Fair HQ for designers to rez out blogger boxes
13 Dec – Booths ready for setup at the Fair location
15 Dec – The Fair Begins!
30 Dec – The Fair ends…. and good news that the world didn’t end! 😛

Booths are 2 options –
Regular – 50prim – $250L
Large – 100prim – $500L
