I’m not whether many of you will get this reference, but having the knowledge of Xena and having watched a few episodes on TV in the past probably makes me kinda old haha. I was trying to channel as much Xena as I could to suit this look from Du Jour.
The Valkyra outfit by Du Jour is an exclusive to Penumbra Fashion Week and can only be purchased there. After the event it will no longer be in stores, so if you would like the outfit for yourself you gotta head down immediately. In particular I love the headpiece and the chest piece as they were made to resemble wings. Come to think of it, maybe I should have done a flying shot instead. I paired the look with gladiator boots from Miss Canning, which unfortunately has closed down in SL. However, lots of other stores sell the gladiator boots and you’ll be able to find one you like really easily. I’ve accessorized the look with a slightly more embellished and whimsical sword from Tabou Irresistible. Jackson got this for me from the Marketplace but it is also available in the mainstore, depending on whichever is more convenient for you.
The Willow hair from pr!tty is an old release and might not be available anymore. You would probably have to contact Karla Marama for enquiries. Also, her store will not be accessible these few days or even weeks as it is undergoing renovation, so the best way for everything pr!tty related should be directed to her. The eyeliner comes as part of the LeLutka Mesh Head package, done by Glam Affair. The lipstick, on the other hand is a release by .charme. for the Cosmopolitan Events. These few days are the last chances to get it at Cosmopolitan, but if you aren’t able to, they will be available in her store too after the event.
Speaking of appliers, the LeLutka mesh head has undergone a few updates and improvements. Not really sure if you noticed, but I have a slightly different expression than how I usually look like. With the new update, you get to customize your favorite facial expressions, ranging from mischievous to angry, so you won’t find the need to force your mouth open during the shoot itself. Everything is upgraded to fit within the hud, just a click and you’ll get the look you like.
This is probably gonna be my last post for Penumbra Fashion Week, I hope you guys enjoyed the other looks I posted and had a great time shopping for clothes at the sim. I had much fun doing photo shoots too and I’ll see you in the next one!

Do you guys recognise this location? I think some of you might, those who are regular furniture shoppers. And if you did, you will know that it’s the sim where the Apple Fall mainstore is located. I first stumbled across this place when I went to Apple Fall to grab some freebie furniture (hehe yes you guys should know me by now), and they were highly detailed and sculpted. When I was there I explored the place a little and found this amazing yellow fields behind the mainstore. There are lots more pretty areas in the sim which I haven’t had the time to explore yet but if you guys are interested, you can!
Speaking of pretty, it has been a little while since I blogged some pr!tty stuff. This hair is called Daisy, and just like all the other hairs it can be found in her mainstore. The hairstyle is a sideswept style, I hope you guys can see it from the photo cos it might not be that clear. The sunglasses are a Hair Fair gift from LeLutka, I’m not sure if they’re releasing it in their store as a gift for their customers now though.
Again, I’m blogging for BENDER, this Nala outfit was released for the Cosmopolitan Event last month, I think. But don’t worry, it can be found in the BENDER mainstore, which is just opposite the FasterPussycat store, also by the same creator. Remember when you TP over, the huge store is FasterPussycat, while the little home houses the BENDER store.
Not forgetting the elaborate honeycomb bracelet from FINESMITH, they have lots of group gifts in store so joining the group is definitely a good idea. Currently FINESMITH is undergoing renovation, so perhaps it would be wise to check in next week or so.
