I am pleased to share this soft feminine Sashenka Resolute Blue dress by Vogue.  This sheer free-flowing gown has a barely there bodice sure to keep that special someone’s attention.  This beautiful gown has lovely blue detailed trim on a sheer white skirt with a blue bow accented with a clear jewel.   Also included is a short version of the skirt.Vogue

Bare Rose Boho & Business


So I was in a bit of a quirky mood today and played a bit with some things I had in my inventory. If you’re ever looking to work on your style or create entirely new looks I would advise one and all to take a look at their own closets and use their imagination. It’s amazing how someone I once looked in my 20K filled inventory and complained about having nothing to wear when half of the things I had, I hadn’t even bothered to open after purchasing so it seemed like Christmas time when I finally did.

I was recently organizing a fashion show where part of the theme was Bohemian fashions and it gave me some inspirations to play with a bit. I wanted to wear something fun, colorful and a little offbeat and I think I found my goal.

Gifts Aplenty – G Field

Now I don’t know anyone around second life or even real life that does not enjoy a great and high quality gift from their favorite designers. I know I sure do. But the winter season is still here and I intend to milk it for all it is bloody worth. I can’t deny that the new season is going to be soon upon us but I want to send the winter season off with a bang and really make sure I get my money’s worth. Too many times do I purchase winter season outfits and see them taking up precious space in my inventory as they are never worn or used again until the time comes that I clean out my inventory and suddenly find them.

I know that I’m not the only one that this occurs to but this happens especially often with group gifts that I recieve on a daily basis and never have the time or bother to open and take a look. This is such a shame for those awesome gifts that end up being thrown aside and the talent used to create them goes to waste. But one of my new years resolutions was to change this around and make this a new day. I recently recieved some awesome group gifts from “G Field” and if you have never been here I urge you all to stop by and take a peek at their great designs and amazingly cheap prices that makes a great wardrobe affordable for anyone! I hope that you all enjoy your gifts and know that not all freebies are for noobs! [Winks]

A Bit of Fall Shopping…

ChantkareAfter a bit of hiatus from the MPI website – unwanted but necessary hiatus – I have finally made it back and not a moment too soon! Unfortunately real work dragged me kicking and screaming from my work and writings but after a few well placed kicks and KO punches I am back and action and back with a vengeance! I would like to say what a wonderful job that all the contributors are doing for the website and how I have seen things improving over time and keeping our readers informed. I am so proud and happy to say that I work with such talented individuals that are so dedicated to seeing that you are well informed!

Now you may be wondering what I have been up to or if I have any more juicy tidbits for you today and I have not come here to disappoint! It’s fall and Halloween, my second favorite holiday, is rolling around and getting nearer by the minute so I decided it was time to go shopping for a costume and do a bit of window shopping while I was at it. Now everyone knows that a girl cannot go shopping without looking her best so I donned my new sweater dress from Chantkare, cinching that wonderfully wide brown belt with it’s beautifully crafted gold buckle that added just the right touch of sophisticated and understated elegance to such a casual piece. It’s been a bit nippy outside so I had to break out the boots- the ones I’ve been dying to wear on such an occassion- from Maitreya that just helped complete the look. With such a simple outfit I had to go big with the jewelry and adorned myself with Paper Couture’s Faceted Dark Garnet necklace and earrings after putting my hair up in two neat buns found at Deviant Kitties for a whopping L$75! [Do I know how to bargain shop or what?!]

I was definitely warm and comfy in this ensemble as I walked through the fashion district of the Rodeo Drive and Bare Roses- the store everyone has to visit in their search for the perfect Halloween costume bound to blow everyone out of the water and scare the dickens out of every man, woman, and prim baby!
