Tonight’s card features Altnew’s Tulip stamp set. They were water coloured using Distress Inks and then cut out and arranged around the aqua card at the bottom.

Hello Everyone

Today I picked up some metallic acrylic paints from Kmart and decided to test them out on this card.  IRL the bronze looks lovely and bright and shiny, but unfortunately, it doesn’t look that way in this photo.The image is from Papermania – Just for You set.  The rest of the card is water coloured using Distress Inks.

Challenges: Inspired by all the little things #64, Addicted to CAS – Florals and The Flower  Challenge – Tic Tac Toe (sentiment, white, watercolour).

Hi there

My card features layers of  blended Distress Inks  spritzed with blue shimmer glitz to make a starry / misty background.  The heart uses Simon Says Stamps Stretched Heart die cut from holographic paper.  The sentiment is  Mama Elephant – Wishing You stamp set using sparkle embossing powder.

Once again it is much more sparkly IRL.  I hope this photo underneath shows it a little better.

I had lots of fun water colouring this cute little flower fairy from the Papermania Enchanted Fairy Stamps.  I picked them up in a throw out basket a couple of years ago but have never done much with them.

The background is water coloured, spritzed and stencilled using Distress inks. I also added a little Wink of Stella.

I think she’s quite cute.

Challenges:  Just Us Girls – Color week #411, Happy Little Stampers – Watercolour -September – Anything Goes with a Spritz twist and Seize the Birthday – without the topping.

Welcome

I’m here to share a fun birthday card I made for a very special  little girl.  It features the MFT Otterly Love You stamp set, coloured with Distress Inks.  The ‘water’ is a small sealed bag holding some blue / green hair gel to give the water a squishy effect. (I’m sure this will be very popular!). I added some coloured banners and a sentiment.

Challenges:  My Favourite Things – Sketch –  MFTWSC350, Seize the Birthday, Southern Girls – Shake Your Groove Thing, or just make it wiggle a bit,  Alphabet – Nautical and Cardz 4 Guyz – Nature.

This card uses Distress Inks on a clear block and spritzed with water. IRL the colours are beautiful and subtle, but look much brighter in this photo. I then silver heat embossed Penny Black -Effulgence.

The panel was then cut with MFT Stitched Strips dies.

Hello

My card is very simple using Papertrey Ink’s pretty Harvest Berries stamp set.

It was stamped in Versamark on the black background then covered with Wink of Stella to give a bit of shine.  The smaller stamp was gold heat embossed on 3 circles.

Challenges: Make It Monday #296:Small Images on Repeat, Craft – Dee Bowz and Glitter N Sparkle – Anything Goes.

Just for a change this fun card, using one of my favourite Art Impression stamps – Five Whoots Set, was coloured with Prismacolor pencils.

The die set is from Kaisercraft.

Hello Friends

Here is another clean and simple card using a Winnie & Walter cutaway die as the main focus. To give some more interest to the solid colours I stamped a pattern from Winnie & Walter –  Party Hangover set with  Versamark ink.

I added three set of stars – 3 blue, 3 silver and 3 gold to add some extra interest.

Challenges: Winnie & Walter – colour and Die Cut Divas – Masculine / Men / Boys.

This time I’m using some pattern paper I had in my stash.  I cut the letters using MFT Die-namics ‘By the Letters’.

It features a part stamping of a sentiment from There She Goes – Chalkboard Memories stamp set using Tombows.

Challenges: Addicted to CAS – CODE WORD – APPLES, the Paper Players #360, The Male Room #68 – School Colours and Die Cut Divas – Masculine/Men/Boys.
