Gas prices are up again. Folks’re complaining about how gas around here is $2.79 a gallon, and they’re telling me this while they’re sipping bottled water that cost them a buck and a quarter for a half liter (call it a pint), or $10 a gallon…

When tap water needs to taste good, just add Kool-Aid (or powdered lemonade).
Well, I think the deal is, they aren’t buying 25 or 30 gallons of the stuff. A buck or two for something doesn’t register like $42 for 15 gallons of gas does.
I wuz happy to see that cheap LA gasoline..found it at a Race track for $2.67 this morning. We have been paying close to three bucks all across from Florida.

Florida ought to have to pay $7/gal. for gasoline so that the citizens will get outraged and force their politicians to stop putting their tourism industry ahead of national security and start allowing exploration off their coast.
