It’s been a memorable week in France with our AbbVie Operations team. We began in Martillac, where I had the privilege of hosting one of our most important events of the year – our annual All Operations employee meeting. Connecting with colleagues around the world, discussing our priorities and the opportunities ahead, and exploring how AI and digital transformation are shaping the future of Operations made the event especially meaningful. I then traveled to Pringy to spend time with colleagues and see firsthand the important work happening across the site. I always value hearing directly from our teams across our network. Their insights, expertise and dedication strengthen our Operations network and help us deliver for patients around the world. Visits like these reinforce what I believe deeply: our people are our greatest strength. Thank you to our Martillac and Pringy teams for the warm welcome and for all you do each day. I am incredibly proud of what we are achieving together – and excited about what comes next.
