Santa Run

At the end of November I photographed Santa Fun Runs in Ogden and Provo. Here are a few of my favorites.

This effect is over done so much, but I had to use it with all the Santa Hats.

My Grandma's 75th

My Grandma has been playing the organ for the majority of her life and for her 75th Birthday we gave her a special present. My family pulled some strings and we were able to surprise her with the opportunity to play the Tabernacle organ at Temple Square.

Lake Powell Triathlon

I have been working with Joe Coles, the race director of On Hill Events, for the last few months. This triathlon was in October and it was my first time going to Lake Powell. Maybe I'll actually go out on the lake next time.

Europe Post 2

This is the rest of my favorites from Europe. The first two and very last pictures are in Italy and the rest are from various places in Greece.

I got asked to take other people's pictures quite a bit and I showed a few others how to use their camera even though we couldn't communicate very well. This is at the bottom of the Spanish Steps.

This was our last night in Italy. This is from the top of the Spanish Steps and St. Peter's is the dome in the back.

Mykonos, Greece.

This is looking out from the courtyard of the house where we stayed.

Mykonos was a photographers dream. It was hard to take a bad picture there.

The Mykonos town mascot.

Mykonos at dusk.

Mascot and Friend.

We ate very well the entire trip, but in Greece especially.

A shop in Ioannina.

We went to the Perama cave in Ioannina. I had just gone to Timpanogos a month earlier and this was probably three times bigger. I was impressed and all the pictures I took with no flash. I love my camera.

This is neighborhood built within the walls of an old fort.

Greece had a little bit of everything. Parts reminded me of Utah, Mykonos was just like a postcard, and this mountain village is what I picture the Alps looking like.

It's the little things, right?

Fur trapper or gay Austrian?

Meteora Monastery. This made the amount of driving we did in two days more than worth it.

We went to the Acropolis of Athens to see the Parthenon, but instead we saw Police Officers and News Crews. Apparently, the workers were on strike because they hadn't been paid in over six months. I have another reason to go back to Greece now.

Some hard working Italian fishermen.
