Today in Paris, 19-year-old Paul Seixas crosses the final finish line in 4th place overall, after three weeks of absolute grit and one day in the White Jersey 🤍 But this triumph isn't just about the final summit. The momentum for this massive three-week project was set early on by Olav Kooij, who delivered a spectacular sprint victory in the very first week. In business, just like in a Grand Tour, a successful final deliverable is never a solo effort. It is the result of diverse talents executing their specialized roles flawlessly. From Olav stepping up to secure a crucial early win under immense pressure to the tireless work of teammates supporting and protecting Paul through the brutal Alpine stages, this Tour was a masterclass in collective execution.
