𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀 Over the past two days, our leadership team at Noratel India came together for the ‘Breakthrough ’26’ session to openly discuss the barriers that may be holding us back and to collectively define the path forward for our future. What I appreciated the most was the openness in conversations, the willingness to listen, and the shared commitment towards growth. It was great to see the active participation from everyone, and the ideas brought into the discussions. I am confident that the reflections and actions emerging from these sessions will help us build a stronger organization and culture together.
