Our beautiful and rambunctious 2-year-old probably wouldn't have done well to have a formal photo shoot for her 2 year pictures, so we opted for fun candid shots at a park. Juliette is such a joy in our lives and, though she ALWAYS keeps us on our toes, we love her so very dearly.

Halloween and the Arboretum

We had a ton of fun at this year's Halloween festivities including our ward's Trunk-or-Treat, trick-or-treating around our neighborhood, and our annual visit to the Dallas Arboretum to take pictures in the pumpkin patch. Ellie had been talking about being Belle for Halloween since last year when she was Jessie, and Minnie was a natural choice for Julesy. Luke was a Jedi, of course. Here are some of the best pics I have...although I feel like my kids are going through a phase where they WILL NOT make eye contact with the camera. Enjoy anyway!

Luke's Blessing

On Sunday, October 23, 2011, Richard gave Luke his name (still grateful he didn't drop Skywalker in there as a middle name!) and a priesthood blessing. We were so fortunate that so many family members were able to be there to attend this wonderful event in Luke's life. Here are some pics of the eventful extended weekend.
