I would like to thank BW and the two latest members of PCPE, Kokeeto and RichCoolDude! Since we now have four owners of PCPE we can start advertsing it! I emailed PC and down below is what I emailed to PC and what they emailed back.

                        What I emailed to pc:

 PCPE is a site I made. It’s like PCMV but for those who like to edit pictures on Cazmo. PCPE stands for Planet Cazmo Picture Editors. Me, Redguin12, and Black Wolf own PCPE. I was wondering if you guys could check it out at officialpcpe.wordpress.com. I was also wondering if you could look into making this officially official like PCMV. For cazmos to qualify you have to be nice to cazmos and be active. This helps Cazmo a little bit, but a little turns out to be alot. Thanks and have a nice day!

Sounds good to PCPE! Idk Why I asked them to be official, it was late last night. That probably lowered the chances of it being approved official by PC, sorry guys.
