For South Island flightseeing company HeliServices, the safety and wellbeing of those who fly with them couldn’t be more important. Specialising in flights over the stunning West Coast - one of the most remote locations in New Zealand - keeping in contact with pilots and customers has been a challenge in the past, but that’s changed thanks to One NZ Satellite. It’s quickly become an essential tool used daily within their team, and WhatsApp calling has already played an important role in a recent rescue centre callout.
