My friend, Jenny, who is a better mom than I, has gotten her kids a lot of pets. Well, a year or two ago, she got a snake. I do not care for snakes, they actually freak me out, but not wanting to taint my children's oppinions of snakes, I try to not show this fear in front of them. But that doesn't mean I will hold the snake myself.
Well, when we were over there one evening, the boys asked to hold the snake. William found a toy stuffed snake and played with it.
But of course, that did not satisfy him
But it was really cute when Grant picked up the stuffed snake and had the stuffed snake communicate with the real snake
And this just makes any mother nervous
It was really cute because Grant had no fear of the snake. He was actually the first of my boys to hold it and he held it for a really long time.
