This document presents the findings for the Innovation and New Technologies case study as part of the Evaluation of Regulation (EU) N° 1315/2013 on Union Guidelines for the development of the trans-European transport network. The case study research was undertaken by Optimity Advisors in collaboration with other consortium partners and DG MOVE. The findings presented in this report are based on desk research, findings from interviews and a workshop which took place in July 2020.
