Daddy's Girl

Paul is always teaching Savannah.
She helps him with the yard, the cars, home maintenance, painting, etc.
A lot of times, he has more patience than I do and I admire him for that.
She is lucky to learn from him.

Reunited and it feels so good

We were very lucky to get a special visit from our good friends, The Hicks.

Connor and Savannah met at the Power Ranch Park before Savannah was even 1.
They were friends right off the bat. They just get each other.
Soul mates.
They moved away last year and we miss them a lot!

We took a visit to the aquarium
Luckily we had discount tickets. I wasn't too impressed, but the kids really loved it.

Savannah couldn't get enough of her buddy

Ha! Love his face in this one.

Family, Friends, Fun, and Fireworks

Emily and baby twin Avery
Uncle Bobby, Daddy, and Ad-Girl

I love this dress. It was Savannah's 4th of July dress too!

Sweet girls
Gracen and Savannah

To be a kid again

Seriously amazing fireworks display from the pool
It was like our own personal display!

Savannah insisted we must have horns for the celebration.

Mooser

I can't forget to introduce the newest Swiatkowski
Moose
Our Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier
He's cute, cuddly, and ALL puppy (that's not necessarily a good thing)
But really, he is a sweet boy. Molly is very happy to have a new buddy.

A special guy

June is Paul's month.
His birthday and father's day either fall on the same day or super close to each other.
For as much as he spoils and takes care of me and the girls, I like to try to spoil him at least one day out of the year.
He's pretty hard to surprise and never wants a party, but he does like to indulge in some of his favorites, so I have no problem with that.

Chocolate chip waffles from waffle house
So delicious, if you haven't tried them, you must! It's like a warm chocolate chip cookie for breakfast.

Strawberry coconut rum cake

Of course daddy needs help blowing out the candle!
We found him a stein for his collection at an antique store in Maine.

Family

Maine

This girl was born for the beach

Home away from home

Feeding her "friends"

As soon as she headed out to the beach, they would all flock to her

Running for BaBop

Some sisterly advise on climbing the stairs

This shell looks interesting

so does this sand!

The birdfeeders

These two would spend hours in the sand

That's the way to do the beach

The beach in the rain, can you say perfection?
