Abstract

The REED Philosophocal charter sets out a living philosophy for societies in transition, facing climate, social, economic, and spiritual crises. Originating in 2018 from the “Rice and Seeds for Humanity” project presented at the XPRIZE competition, it establishes principles of circular resilience, conscious sobriety, distributed governance, repair and reinvention, and education as a living flow. It defines the roles of actors (Angels, Hands, Pulsars, Signals, Trajectories) and the structures (Spheres, Nodes, Labels) that shape a global network dedicated to dignity, cooperation, and the regeneration of territories. The REED Charter provides a transversal ethical and philosophical framework, embedded within the ECOSYSTEM VLG World, and applicable across fields such as water, health, education, technology, and community governance.
