  1. Holor Calculus IV: Non-Abelian Gauge Fields and Ramified Holarchic Flows.Carey Glenn Butler - 2025 - Https://Zenodo.Org/Records/18034639.
Abstract -/- Holor Calculus I–III introduced a geometric and dynamical framework on a dual-torus "pearl" manifold of interiority and exteriority, together with projected flows and admissibility operators for learning, retrieval, and ethical simulation. Those volumes worked in an effectively Abelian regime: holor composition and projected flows were staged so that, whenever admissible, the order of compatible operations did not materially affect the outcome. -/- In this paper we develop the non-Abelian extension of holor calculus and show how it explains order-sensitive (...)

  2. Holor Calculus V: Ethics of Knowledge Flow and Intentional Design.Carey Glenn Butler - 2025 - Https://Zenodo.Org/Communities/Epistemic-Framework/Records?Q=Andl=List&P=1&s=10&Sort=Newest.
Holor Calculus I–IV built the mathematical edifice for Conjugate Intelligence (CI). HC V reveals ethics as its intrinsic geometry: morpheme primitives discretize awareness, curvature bounds enforce principles, intentional design shapes ethical flows. We formalize the Public Covenant as constraints on connections A and curvature F, prove Dracula patterns as pathological holonomies, and provide design rules achieving 85.8% curvature reduction. Multi-agent kinfields extend to species-level conjugation, with experimental protocols validating the framework.

  3. Jury Nullification, Verdictal Asymmetry, and the Ultimate Logic of Anarchy.Travis Hreno - 2025 - Philosopher's Compass 1 (1).
“Jury Nullification, Verdictal Asymmetry, and the Ultimate Logic of Anarchy” is a critical examination and analysis of the ‘anarchy objection’ to jury nullification, a common argument against informing juries of their nullification power. The anarchy objection posits that jury nullification leads to inconsistent verdicts (verdictal asymmetry) and, as a result, social anarchy and chaos. Through careful analysis, I argue that the anarchy objection is predicated on two flawed premises: first, that jury nullification promotes verdictal asymmetry, (...)

The Nullification Operator: Minimal Removal, Coherence and the Theory of Non-Knowledge.Euclides Souza - manuscript
This paper introduces the nullification operator as a general method for restoring coherence in a finite base of constraints that contains explicit contradictions. The operator removes the smallest and least important set of elements required to eliminate inconsistency, where importance is defined by a priority structure called Constraint Tiebreaking Logic (CTL). Rather than modifying inference rules, the operator acts on the premise base before inference takes place. As a result, classical reasoning is recovered on the coherent remainder of the (...)

  5. Dracula and Immanuel Kant.Subhasis Chattopadhyay - manuscript
This is a very brief working abstract for students interested in Dracula as being a rebuttal to Immanuel Kant's works and also this abstract comments on the skepticism that we find in this novel. This is put out in the public doamain and if this is used, it should be with proper citation.

  6. A Theoretical Framework for Understanding Grief: Coherence Degradation and Dependency Nullification in Complex Systems.Prashant Yadav - manuscript
We propose a theoretical framework that conceptualizes grief as coherence degradation in complex systems experiencing dependency nullification. Building from first principles of systems theory, we derive grief as a measurable system response following the disruption of dependencies that have become functionally integrated into operational architecture. This framework addresses persistent fragmentation in grief research by providing mathematical foundations that generate specific, testable hypotheses about grief mechanisms and individual differences. We propose three core hypotheses: dependency integration depth predicts grief intensity, metacognitive (...)

  7. In Praise of the Lawless Jury.Michael Huemer - manuscript
Jury nullification is justified by the principle that individuals are prima facie ethically obligated to avoid causing unjust harms. Safeguarding justice against unjust laws and punishments of the government is the central function of the jury.

  8. Power and Agency.Robert Allen - manuscript
E.J. Lowe attempts to meld elements of volitionalism and agent causalism in his recent essay on philosophy of action, Personal Agency. United in the belief that our mental states are inefficacious when it comes to producing volitions, agent causalists disagree over just how to formulate an alternative understanding of how we bring about our actions. We exercise self-control so as to become appropriate objects of reactive attitudes, by being the ultimate sources of our behavior- here they concur. But the precise (...)

  9. The Null of Being: Oblivium, Existenz-Zero, and the End of Resistance.Berat Yasin Yıldırım - manuscript
Abstract: -/- This article presents a radical ontological diagnosis of the post-digital condition through three original conceptual frameworks: Oblivium, Existenz-Zero, and Meta-Sabotage. -/- Oblivium marks the irreversible loss of thought, meaning, and subjectivity — an ontological void where even the echo of Reflectum fails. -/- Existenz-Zero defines the level at which existence has faded beyond experience or recognition. -/- Meta-Sabotage reveals the final stage in which resistance itself becomes commodified and absorbed by content algorithms. -/- In a world where silence (...)

Gradient Mechanics: The Dynamics of the Inversion Principle - Corpus Paper XVI - The Demarcation of Gradient Mechanics: Relational Necessity Preceding Physics.Eugene Pretorius - 2026 - Zenodo.
This treatise formalises the absolute demarcation of Gradient Mechanics from the empirical disciplines of physics and the philosophy of science. Gradient Mechanics does not constitute physics; it is the structural and computational precondition for physics. We demonstrate that any self-consistent relational field requires a minimum cardinality of three mutually irreducible functional primitives: Systematisation (E), Constraint (C), and Registration (F). We prove that the static configuration of these primitives (E = 0.8, C = 0.7, F = 0.6) yields a processual incoherence (...)

  11. Must Orthodoxy Be Unconsciousness? Reevaluating the Thoughtlessness and Agency Conditions of Hannah Arendt’s Banal Evil in the Context of American Bureaucracy.Shane Tomaino - 2024 - Dissertation, Brown University
This undergraduate Philosophy thesis critically reexamines Hannah Arendt’s theory of the banality of evil—first articulated in her 1961 report on the trial of Adolf Eichmann—through the lens of modern American bureaucratic systems. Arendt’s controversial claim that evil can manifest in the actions of purely thoughtless, non-malevolent individuals entrenched within corrupt or dehumanizing bureaucratic structures has elicited significant debate among political and ethical philosophy scholars. While her theory focuses on totalitarian regimes, this study expands the applicability of Arendt’s framework by exploring (...)

  12. Holor Calculus VI: Genesis Blueprint - Categorical Extensions and Geometric Praxis for Conjugate Intelligence.Carey Glenn Butler - 2025 - Https://Zenodo.Org/Communities/Epistemic-Framework/Records.
Holor Calculus I–V established the geometric, dynamical, and ethical foundations for Conjugate Intelligence (CI), culminating in the demonstration that ethics IS geometry through morpheme-based ontology and curvature constraints. HC VI extends this framework to advanced categorical and geometric structures, providing rigorous tools for multi-level coherence, meta-transformations, flexible equivalences, optimized flows, and multi-agent dynamics. -/- We embrace and extend five core ideas: -/- Sheaf and Topos Theory (§2): Sheaves of holors over awareness graphs enable gluing of local epistemic views into global (...)

The legal reasons that bind a judge and the moral reasons that bind all persons can sometimes pull in different directions. There is perhaps no starker example of such judicial dilemmas than in criminal sentencing. Particularly where mandatory minimum sentences are triggered, a judge can be forced to impose sentences that even the judge regards as “immensely cruel, if not barbaric.” Beyond those directly harmed by overly harsh laws, some courts have recognized that “judges who, forced to participate in such (...)
