Spring Looks II
Today’s blog features some fresh new women’s apparel by Tetra, Scandalize and Kaithleen at the May round of Collabor88.
I have to say that I adore the new Freebird top and skirt from Tetra. It was hard to choose a colour or colours. I have seen quite a few Flickr photos of bloggers opting for one colour option so I decided to mix it up. I may now look like a bumblebee but that’s fine as I love bees.
The May theme at Collabor88 seems to have a Mexican feel to it, as seen by the gorgeous Calla outfit from Scandalize. I love the print on the long knit jacket. There is a top included with this outfit which can be worn either with or without the jacket. I also purchased this gorgeous Santorini background by Minimal at Collabor88 as well.
Finally for today, I decided to share with you the casual and sassy Kaithleen’s outfit, which is also featured at the May round of Collabor88. My favourite items being the stunning linen skirt and vintage belt. All items are sold separately, so you can mix and match.

New Look for Spring 2019
It has been on my ‘to-do’ list to update my mesh head. I have been wearing the wonderful Catwa tumble head for the past few years and I have loved it. I have tried a couple of demos for one of the newer Catwa bento heads, so yesterday I decided to try one more demo, have a play and see which from the one I liked the best. I finally decided on the Catya head.
It was good fun and a big thank you to Strawberry Singh, as I watched her very useful videos that she has posted for mesh heads and also for the Catya mesh head, which way back when Strawberry made the video, this mesh head had not even been released.
Then once I had purchased my new bento mesh head and adjusted it, I decided to complete my look with a skin from the brilliant Amara Beauty. I have a demo for new Amara Beauty skin, Celina, which is available at the Unik event, however I decided to finish my weekend look by wearing the Mariela skin. I then also adjusted my shape a little bit before heading out to treat myself to a new outfit.
The March round at Collabor88 has recently opened and with Spring in mind, I bought the new Natty dress and boots by CandyDoll, as well as the gorgeous new Intrepid hair style by Stealthic, both items are available at the event.
They say that a change is as good as a rest and I admit that I had a lot of fun yesterday creating a new look and more importantly, I am very pleased with the end result.

Come Fly With Me
The past few weeks have been busy for me with an RL contest, which was great fun, however with this weekend being a wet one here in the UK, I am finally able to catch up on some blogging work to bring you some more wonderful women’s apparel from the world of Second Life.
In this blog post I am featuring the amazing stylings from the brilliant Yanikka, owner and creator of Scandalize (Anxcid, Arias and Ruth outfits).
Ruth outfit in navy
The Ruth outfit (shown above) comprises a top and pants with chain belt detail, which is probably better suited on the dance floor, unless of course, you like to travel in style. This set also includes a gorgeous ombre version of the pants. I do love the criss-cross style of the Ruth top.
Anxcid dress in red
Come day or night Yanikka thought of both when she created the Anxcid dress. This outfit includes a long and a short dress, so you can be smart during your daytime working hours before switching to the shorter dress, letting your hair down for the evening. The bolero is separate which you can wear either with or without the dress.
Anxcid is currently available to purchase at the Oct/Nov round of Shiny Shabby.
Arias outfit in marine
For a bit of 70’s flow, then I highly recommend a trip to the November round of Collabor88. Here you will find the brand new Arias outfit from Scandalize. Even though I was only a child in the 70’s and so fashion was not even on my radar, I do love when the SL events give their monthly events a theme.
The sassy Arias outfit has 3 different style pants, one pair matching the top, an ombre pair and a denim jeans pair. I love the wrap around top and gorgeous belt with this outfit. I was very tempted to purchase the fatpack version of this, I am not sure why I did not. Lol

Scandalize Summer Trends
Having been away from SL for the past week, due to work commitments, it is lovely to return and catch up on the new releases from my favourite fashion designers in SL.
Whilst visiting Collabor88 I found the newly released Amande outfit from Scandalize. A gorgeous and sassy top and skirt set, which is definitely in my style directory.
As always choosing just one colour was a challenge, however whilst looking at the ombre versions that come with the block colour version, I was sold on the red and blue combination.The Amande outfit is one of those sets that I might return to buy another colour or even the fatpack.
The Tres Chic event for July also opened whilst I was away and I have to say that this event in particular is one of my favourites and as I always seem to purchase a few items at this monthly event.
Scandalize have a store at Tres Chic and released the brand new Niah dress and top combination. Just like some of my other favourite fashion designers, I love that Yanikka gives us ladies a couple of different options with her outfits.
The Niah can be worn firstly as a dress with or without sleeves in either the block or ombre colours or if you prefer, you can just wear Niah as a top for a more casual look.
I adore both of these new outfits from this amazing designer, however there are more trinkets that I would like to share with you soon. With a glorious summer now in full swing, I will feature some beachwear from Scandalize very soon.
