***Special Note – This was another post that just never made it up on the blog, which had some rather nice shots already done up. I even wrote the whole thing up, just never coded it. Not sure why. This baby was from March 2015.***

I have been wearing this outfit on and off for a bit now, and just been putting it off to the side, to post other things. I am not feeling that well today, so it was an easy decision to post this up. No hard work needed.

My friend longtime friend, Ruina Kessel, owner of Devae(House of Ruin and Rue), created this interesting Halo. I have to admit to not having a clue what event she originally created it for.

I got the last of the Limited Editions up for this hair, on SL Marketplace, so it is finally available for the general public. This is one of my favorite hairs, which is why I wear it so often. It is also one from my personal unreleased collection, hence why it is limited, and was never slated for the store.

I am getting a lot of new traffic, so you all may not know me. I am a lover of colour, so while I do tread more on the goth/punk/alternative side of things, I have never been one to just wear black. I enjoy creations from Adoness for this reason. Not only do most of the items work with my hair colours, but there is a variety of colours, depending on what the item is. This long winter coat is a fine example, pairing red and purple is not something most designers would do. The fact that it is a floral print to boot, well, I could not stay away, haha.

I also have some eyes from Chop Shop on, these call to my demony side. Hypnotic and gloomy.

One of my all time favorite things about Skin Fair is the chance to get new skins in not so human tones. I do blog as a human, and I am normally humanoid in form, but I prefer to be alternatively coloured, when I am just being Helena, doing Helenay things.

OtherSkin is a new store for me. I actually participated in an event with them, where they made a rather nice collection of jewelry. As the name suggests, they also make skins. Man of man do they make skins. They all call to both my colour hoarding side, as well as my demony side.

Satura is new, and she has a unique story.

Her name is Satura, she was born in the darkest room of our souls, she wasn’t able to speak.

Never learned how to see and how to listen. She was blind, mute and deaf!

I think she was 7 Years old, or more 7000 Years, in the infinity of this room, when she was enlightened. It wasn’t that kind of enlightenment You are maybe thinking of now.

It wasn’t the light, who taught her heart how to suffer and how to enjoy. It wasn’t the first noise, who cleaned her eyes of the endless black of loneliness.

The truth is, she was touched, touched by a kind of premonition! Softly, it crawled her neck and went down the spine, to leave her body at the acute of her toes. Just to start again, looking for the way through her darkest emotions. The feeling, she hated it first, wasn’t willing to go, she tried all to get rid of it, but without success. It stayed permanent in her back, like someone who’s longing for Your soul!

She gave up, to chase away something, who came voluntary to her, and thought to herself, that everything free ok is for You!

It grew and became stronger, it told her so beautiful stories and so deep secrets of her being. She never wanted to miss that feeling anymore. She knew, she would die without it, she would loose herself, she never would longer exist without her wings!

Today, Satura is much older than 7 Years.

She has seen so beautiful and cruelly stories and sometimes she comes along to our planet, the lost garden, to watch the people let their own wings grow!

I love the background story, and while I did not style her like the story suggested, it would have been an easy route to take.

Above are some of the tones offered of this skin, at the fair. There are eyes to match each tone, which come in System and Mesh, as well as a shape(not worn) and Lola Appliers. A few other essentials are in each pack as well.

These don’t come with body appliers, nor hands or feet, but maybe if enough people support this budding designer, we can help her get the products/kits she needs to really push her store to the next level.
