Monday Eyeful – Eye Effects by Birth

This week on Monday Eyeful, I am showing you eye effects from Birth. Not many designers make things that augment your eyes, but I really do enjoy the ones I end up randomly finding.

These are from Birth called Glimmer Eye System. You need the base system to be able to use the Eye Effects.

They are priced at L$150 per pack of 2 Effects, with 2 packs to collect. When I say 2 Effects, I mean the Type is the same, but you get one animation that is already coloured, and the other is a tintable version.

I ended up taking Some Gyazo Gifs of the effects, so you can see what they do, as pictures don’t do them justice. Also, it really is much cooler inworld live.

The one this I really like about the base system, is there is a BOM set included, so I am actually wearing my own eyes, Shifting Sands, which are what the effects are layered on top of. The best part about the base system, is you have pupil options. My Shifting Sands eyes are pupiless, so this allows me to change the look of my own creation, adding pupils, changing their size, adding shine type, then putting the effects on top.

This really means you can end up with so many options for eyes in your collection. This system, and it’s addon effects, can really help you make your look unique. I normally start my look with my eyes, and go from there, and now I can really make them the centerpiece of my who ensemble.

Monday Eyeful – Eruda Eyes by Paper Moon

On this week’s Monday Eyeful, I am showing you some new eyes from Paper Moon, which are currently at Genre. Genre is Anime themed this month, and these colourful glazed eyes are up for grabs. Get them while they are discounted, not sure if they will be going up in price after the event. Most things do.

Eruda Eyes includes 6 colors per pack and mesh and system versions, 4 colour packs available, 100L each.

Death, She Rides

I’ve had this outfit in my inventory for a good week, and just have been too busy to do anything with it. Before I shoot more ads today, I decided I better get this up, so I hope you enjoy.

The skin and hand appliers are from Horror Haute, which just closed until the next round. I just didn’t get this up before it closed, but be sure to find the items in the stores.

The Horns with the eyeballs are from The Horror, and are really fun. There is a texture change hud, so you can change the horns as well as the eyeballs.

I’m also wearing a few things from the current round of Genre. You have until April 11th to visit, before they close down for the next round. This round is biker themed, and the designers have gone all out with their items.

Supernatural has a few bodysuits for those of you who are a bit more adventurous in your attire, while on your rides. There are appliers for Banned, TMP and Omega, for those of you with mesh parts.

Vengeful Threads has a outfit there that is easily parted out and mixed up with other things from the event. I am wearing the pants and belt. Closeup of the belt below, as it had so much going on, you just had to see the details.

Lots going on, haha.

These babies are from Deadpool. There are some other versions as well, without the iron cross, if the symbolism of it is just not your thing.

Skin Fair 2015 – Deesses – Part 2

Today I am showing you one of the other skin lines from Deesses, which is currently only at the Skin Fair. There are still a few days left for the fair, and it is worth it to go, and not wait until things land at mainstores. Many booths have special pricing, just for the fair.

I’m mixing up the post with some items for this round of Genre. It is Biker themed, and I have had fun with all the various items I have gotten.

Vengeful Threads went all out, has nail appliers, tops and a full outfit. I have parts of the outfit on, which include all the jewelry, but I swapped out the pants for these chaps from The Annex.

You can purchase addon packs, for lip options. Above is all the colours from the Lipstick Palette #1. They come with 5 colours each, and have version for both dark and light skins. These are Tattoo Layer only.

There are 4 Palettes to choose from, specifically created to work with the Stacey Skin line.

Genre is a monthly event, with items ranging from L$100 and below. Each round is themed, and has designers catering to fashion, accessories, body, Home&Garden, Poses and much more.

The outfit I am showing you today is super fun, it compliments my darker skin tones well. It comes with everything, Mask, Wings, Footwear, Tattoo and Dress.You can find this at Genre, by Vengeful Threads.

The Nails are at Genre too, with a whole hud of other colours. Sense-able Fashions also have a few other huds, with different nail patterns, at the event.

My Hair is from Adoness. I have been pleasantly surprised over the last year, with the various hair style releases. If you are into a more punky/alternative look, the styles found at this store are for you. They work with many themes; goth, punk, fantasy, syfy, high fashion, just to name a few. Colours are in ranges to suit any need.
