We can be tired and impatient.
We can be overwhelmed and impatient.
We can be frustrated and impatient.
We can be angry and impatient.
We can be sad or anxious and be impatient.
We can feel misunderstood and be impatient.
We can feel disappointed in ourselves or others and be impatient.
Patience takes practice. Patience takes time. Be slow and easy with yourself. Give yourself grace on tough days when patience is escaping you. Be kind to yourself and others. Practice patience not perfection and your day will all fall into place as it should be.
