    I work at Automattic leading one of the WordPress.com Special Projects Team, after joining as part of the WooThemes acquisition. Prior to that I specialized in Web Application Development, Business Analysis, and Project Management. I also have research internationally published in the field of Standards, Quality, and Software Development in Education.

    WordPress Origin Story

    I started up a CMS division at a previous company, and replaced Joomla and our custom CMS with WordPress! The rest is history!
