Me amd my wife always have a morning walk in the central park in Jaipur India ,for many many years regularly , for her it is to listen with a ear phones some spiritual talks while walking

but for me walk is a meditation of neutral vision but suddenly a flower or a wall or a bird attracts and with the mobile just captures that Moment of Now which is always a New conversation with Nature like above.
