Waves and Curtain Call

We finally saw Kendall wave last night while Skyping with Steve's parents. She saw them waving and joined in. She has been waving most of the day along with clapping. Kendall also helped put up new drapes in the family room. I looked for many months to find drapes with grommets that didn't break the bank. We are really happy to have more privacy. Now if we could only get some new furniture. Oh well, that will have to wait.

8 Months Old

Kendall turned 8 months old on January 22nd. She is so much fun to be around. She finally learned to say "ma ma." She has started giving kisses this week. It is so sweet. She moves in real slow and gently plants an open mouth kiss on our cheek or lips. She stands very well on her own and walks while holding on to furniture or our fingers. Kendall loves to be chased and play hide and seek. Bath time is a favorite again and she loves to splash. She especially enjoys spending her days with Alisa, Grandma Kathie and Grandpa Curtis, and Wanda (daycare) while Mom and Dad go to work. Another favorite is Kendall's weekly Skype with Steve's parents, Nana and Pops.
