Fun Filled Weekends

2 weekends ago, we took Kendall to her first Rockies game via light rail. She really enjoyed the crowd and would clap right along with them. Of course, when a home run was scored she was not quite sure what the noise was all about. She even got to pick out a souvenir, a stuffed fox. We had a great time but had to leave a little early.

This past weekend, Steve competed in the Warrior Dash at Copper Mountain. A 3 mile or so run with 10 obstacles. I had only one request...he could get as dirty as he wanted but please don't get hurt. We enjoyed the morning watching the other competitors and festivities along with several thousand other people. Steve had a great time and did a wonderful job.

Love Doesn't begin to Describe.....

...how much Kendall means to Steve and me. She is such a joy to be around and such a sponge these days. She has been learning sign language at day care. She can sign more, thank you, please, and airplane. We are amazed how much she comprehends and understands our long drawn out sentences. She especially loves her "I Am a Child of God" book and can point out Jesus easily. She enjoys looking at Jesus every Sunday at church too. I am convinced that she is still very close to Heaven.

Kendall loves being the center of attention and making everyone laugh. She definitely has more personality in her tiny frame than I could ever pretend to have. Kendall we love you!
