The mystery night washer was 'The Wanderer' wandering quietly through on his way to reunite with his phone & mate, at least we know he's safe & contactable again for the time being. He seems a bit undecided regarding which of his siblings he wants to move in with, weighing up the pros & cons of each I think.
Thursday morning is always a flurry of tidying so that the cleaner can clean & while she perform her magic in the afternoon, I do a trick of my own & vanish (I feel guilty watching her work). This week Little Miss Independent & I headed out to pick something up on the other side of town & stop for some yummy late lunch, a browse through the amazing array of treats & treasures and a chat with the lovely Natasha at What-A-Treat-Cafe-and-Recycled-Clothing. In between the two we stopped of at one of my favourite op-shops, Red Cross at Seaton, it is staffed by a wonderful group of senior ladies & gentlemen and there are always lots of awesome retro/vintage treasures waiting to be found. It is also just around the corner from my Grandparents old house which gives me an excuse for driving by for a little reminiscing.
