School Fun Run- 5K
Today the school had its first 5k. I went and ran with the kids. It was so much fun! We walked and jogged on and off. Ellie ended up in the stroller most of the time, but she did well. Bradley had all kinds of energy and ran a lot. Burke wanted to run with his class so I didn't even see him. He took off like a shot and that was it!These were our official numbers!

They recorded all of their times and gave them otter pops. They really liked it!

Ashton is 5!!!
Ashton just turned 5! He has been counting down to this day for weeks and weeks! Ashton is so fabulous! He is so full of energy and life. He is my crazy child with no fear! He says the funniest things and he just makes me laugh. He is such a talker and does not like to be interupted until he is done. He is such a fun boy to have in our family!!
He loves this Buzz computer he got.
This Cars wrestling match thing was a big hit with all of the kids. It makes noise and you can knock cars out of the ring. It is pretty sweet!

Ash was so excited about his cake! This is quite an accomplishment for me. I am not the cutsie or creative type so I was quite proud of myself!

For dinner we went to Pirate Island. This is very similar to Chuck E. Cheese, but pirate themed. It is really fun! He had so much fun running around getting tickets and cashing them in.

I love this picture!! Since Brad's birthday was 4 days ago, he also got a birthday ice cream

This was our server. He was great! They have to dress like pirates and talk like pirates. He was very Jack Sparrowish and he took great care of us. He called us all "captain" and "love". He made the night better for us!

Family Birthdays
We have 5 birthdays on my side of the family in May so we had a little party to celebrate! The birthday kids are in this pic with other eager cupcake eaters in between them. One of the birthday's is my mom, but she of course wasn't here because she is in New York on a mission.Ash would not smile until his candle was lit. I finally got a good picture of him.

Mason thoroughly enjoyed his cupcake as well as any others he could get his hands on!

The big excitement of the day was that we go a trampoline! The kids could hardly stand it they were so excited! I am excited to have something for them to do all summer. I will post more pics soon of the jumping fun!!

Bradley is 3!!!
Brad turned three and it was such a good day! I can not believe that my baby is three! I really could not love him anymore! He is the sweetest boy. He loves to give hugs and he is nearly always happy. He walks around the house singing and playing and talking to him self. He brings so much light into our family and we all love him to pieces!!He loves pancakes and Mickey Mouse, so that is we had for breakfast. The kids all had their faces painted the day before and still had left overs.

We had to wait for Ricky to come home from church to give Brad is gifts. Thankfully he is to little to know that he should be excited about presents. He loved what he got, especially his lightning mcqueen car!

We went to Nana & Papa's that night to celebrate. He loves Lightning McQueen so that is what we put on his cake.

Oh brotherly love!

While we were there this crazy thunder storm hit. It was hailing so hard. You could barely see their sidewalk and the rain gutters were full of hail. It was awesome to watch!!

Unfortunately the older kids went out and were soaking wet! They had so much fun though.

Bridal Veil Falls
I love taking the kids to Bridal Veil Falls. They love to walk to the falls and play in the water. A few weeks ago I was sick of being inside so we ventured out even though it wasn't the best weather.Everyone had a different mode of transportation. Brax is so into rollerblading so he wanted to wear those.

Burke is in love with skateboardin these days and he couldn't wait to ride all through the park. He did awesome! He kept going up and down the small hills, they all did actually.

The other three rode scooters all around. Ashton has no fear and went as fast as he could down the hills as many times as he could.

What would a trip up here be without putting your feet in the water and playing? The water was freezing but most of them didn't care. Brax chose to stay out of the water. Poor Brad about froze!

Brad was awesome! Of course of all the kids that fell in the water it was him. I felt so bad! He cried and cried because it was so cold. I took his shorts off and he rode his scooter all the way down to the car. I was cracking up the whole time!
