Study Buddy - embossing and die cutting

What better study buddy than a kitty with a book? My card was made for the son of a friend who has graduated from middle school and is going on to high school next year. Good things are coming his way!

This card features an adorable kitty from Newton's Nook, three embossing folders, Krafty Kolor inks, and a sentiment (inside) from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.

Student - Vellum covered background with Distress watercolouring

A little mousie in the library gathering up his books for school is definitely the star student.

This card features House Mouse and Friends, vellum, Impression Obsession background stamp, and watercolouring with Distress markers and Distress crayons.

With this card, I am featured as a guest on the design team for House Mouse and Friends challenge blog. The challenge is I Can See Right Through You!, a challenge for using vellum, aperture, or any other way to look through. Come join us on the challenge!

School Mouse

School is starting for so many this month. For me, it's just memories. Memories of the stacks of books precariously balanced as I traveled from class to class. This is the spirit of school.
