Nick Rios, Territory Manager

Orange County

Nick Rios earned his degree in Management and Business Economics from the University of California, Merced in December 2025. Shortly after graduating, he had the opportunity to begin his professional career with RoofSource, stepping directly into the industry out of college.While Nick is relatively new to the roofing industry, he is a fast learner with a strong commitment to growth and relationship-building. He takes pride in meeting new people and ensuring every customer receives a high level of service and support.In his free time, Nick enjoys camping, off-roading, and hiking, staying active and spending time outdoors whenever possible.

Nick Alicea, Territory Manager

Los Angeles County

Nick earned his California degree in Management and Business Economics at the University of California, Merced in May 2024. Soon after graduating, Nick began working as a Marketing Manager for a roofing contractor in Southern California until he started his journey with RoofSource.
Nick is new to roofing, but has a bloodline within the roofing industry for some time. His willingness to
learn and engage with people proved to be the deciding with joining our RoofSource family.

In his free time, Nick enjoys physical fitness, spending time with his family in native San Diego, and barbering fresh fades.

John Holmgreen, Technical Sales Specialist

Arizona & Clark County, Nevada

John has well over a decade of experience in the promotion and sale of commercial roofing products and systems in Arizona and Nevada. Offering expertise in all aspects of roofing systems and specializing in liquid applied coating systems, he was most recently employed by a leading roof coatings manufacturer where he was instrumental in building market share in both AZ and NV.

Fostering strong relationships is the foundation of everything John does, both professionally and personally and is driven by contributing to the success of our customers.

John resides in Arizona and enjoys many outdoor activities with family, such as hiking, mountain bike riding, hiking, golf and off roading to name a few.

Jose Torres, Territory Manager

Riverside and San Bernardino

Jose joined the roofing industry after graduating high school by installing a variety of roofing systems, moving his way up the ladder to Foreman, then Superintendent and Safety Director.  As Superintendent he was responsible for multiple projects and crews ensuring projects were completed in a timely manner while maintaining all safety standards. In 2018, Jose joined a roofing materials manufacturer as a Sales Representative before becoming a members of RoofSource in 2021 as a Territory Manager in Southern California.

When Jose isn't working he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, golfing, playing soccer, and traveling.

Tyler Carnival, Territory Manager

Arizona

Tyler earned his degree in Marketing at Long Beach State and served two years as a financial advisor before joining the RoofSource team in 2016. Tyler helps his customers by focusing on meeting their project and budget needs. After serving the Southern California market, in 2020, Tyler relocated to Arizona to continue RoofSource’s growth in that part of the country.

When Tyler isn’t working, he enjoys golfing, riding motorcycles, listening to Country and Electronic Music, and most importantly, spending time with family and friends.

Brandon Greenfield, Senior Technical Director

Los Angeles Area, Ventura, San Luis Obispo, CA

Brandon joined RoofSource in 2015 after graduating from Cal-State Northridge with a degree in business management. He is trained as a field service rep in single ply roofing through Carlisle Construction Materials. Brandon is heavily involved in the architectural and design community, specializing in providing accredited continued education opportunities in thermal and moisture protection. In addition, Brandon works with facility and property management companies to develop roofing and waterproofing solutions specific to individual building needs.

In his free time, Brandon enjoys saltwater fishing and golfing.

Scotty Greenfield, Managing Partner

Los Angeles Area, Mohave County, AZ

Scotty has been in the building materials business for 40+ years. His experience includes 10 years in the lumber industry; managing two of the largest 2-step building material distributors in Southern California for 10 years; and serving as a construction materials sales leader in the Southwestern region for multiple product lines.

When not working, you can find Scotty golfing, fishing, riding his motorcycle, hanging with his dogs or play guitar.

John Segin, Founder

Arizona, Riverside & San Bernadino, CA Counties

John has been serving the architectural design and construction community in the Southwestern US since 1986. John specializes in the detail specification and product selection process with an emphasis on the thermal performance and moisture protection of the building envelope. Having represented major national manufacturers of roofing, waterproofing, insulation, and air and vapor barrier products, John has actively participated in many building sciences courses over the past 20 years and enjoys sharing that specialized knowledge with his customers. John’s favorite part of his job is educating design professionals and installers on best practices for delivering a successful project and presents AIA certified learning courses to architects in Arizona and Southern California.

In his spare time, John enjoys playing golf, strumming the guitar and bass, and attending live performances of many genres of music.

Brent Bonnell, President

Southern California Region & Las Vegas

Brent has 20+ years of technical sales and marketing skills in the roofing and building materials industry.  Specializing in all commercial roofing products technologies available, Brent’s goals is to best fit the customer/owner options with the building utilization, budget and warranty desired.

When Brent isn’t working, he spends time with his family of four consisting of wife, Missy who is a designer for California Closets, 19-year-old daughter in college and an 8-year-old son.  Brent also enjoys exercising, sports, travel and coaching his son’s athletic teams.
