About this Site:
This blog is an archive, documenting my past learning experiences with cake decorating and sharing these experiences with the world. For a sample of previous cake projects, see photos of my work under the My Cakes category.
To me, cake is something much greater – it is something that allows me to engage with my community, to help others grow, and to help build motivation in others in their own adventures through life. For me, cake is definitely something to celebrate about!

OMG! what can I say? I feel so humble and insignificant when I look at your cakes, they are just too wonderful for words. If you could recommend any books on carving cakes which might help a hopeless novice such as I, I would be most grateful.
