My 30th Birthday!

For my 30th birthday Ryan said we were going on a trip. He was very vague about where or for how long. I was a little annoyed with it, but figured as long as it's warm who cares. So we get to the airport and we walk in and we see Curt and Angie (Ryan did say they were coming with us.) Well, the security guard started cheering and so I started cheering. I honestly didn't think much of it. Then I look over and see a large poster that say "HAPPY 30th BDAY" Oh! I thought to myself, it is someone's bday. Then I finished reading the sign and realized it said "HAPPY 30TH BDAY JAMIE! WE LOVE YOU .... AND RYAN TOO!" Holding the sign was 26 of my family and friends. Then to top it all off he gives me a new diamond ring. He has been planning this for about 9 months. Can you believe it? I couldn't. I was so touched that he would go to so much time and effort to do something like this for me. He is AMAZING! I have loads more pix, but this is all I have time to post right now.

Chillin' on the boat!
The girls in Cozumel! We hung out on the beach at Carlos 'n Charlies all day and went shopping after. It was my favorite day!
Snuggling!
Waiting for our tour to start in Costa Maya! We were going to the speed boats.

Sitting in the Hot tub! We did this almost everyday. The weather was a bit chilly.

Bo & Becky invited us to go to Newport Beach with them in September. WE HAD A BLAST! We chilled at the beach, played at Disneyland, and ate great food. What could be better!

Jake playing BBall

I have had more fun watching Jake play basketball than any other sport!
He is so much like his Dad. It is fun to watch him really get the game. He is such an aggressive player.
What a stud!

Back to School 2009!

This is Aubrey's first day at Going Places Preschool with Mrs. Stacey.
She was so excited.
Brooks first day at American Legacy Academy. He is going half Kindergarten/ half pre-school. He loves Mrs. Burrell! He is such a cutie! I feel really bad because I don't have a picture of Jake's first day of 2nd grade with Mrs. Gorrell.

Baby Ashley!

Ryan, Ashley and me.
Ashley Gardner

7lb 1oz 18 inches long
Me before going into the hospital.
Me after about 4 hours at the hospital.

She is a perfect baby!  The labor was easy and lasted about 3 1/2 hours.  She came out crying and very healthy.  The nurse gave her a 10 on the Apgar.  She said they never give out 10's, but she is that healthy.  We are so happy she is here.

Fertilizer

On Wednesday I was vacuuming out my van while Aubrey was coloring on the concrete with chalk.  I would sporadically check on her.  Well, I went out to check on her and she had taken her panties and shorts off.  I said "Aubrey where are your pants?"  She energetically replied "I POOPED on the grass."  She was proud as punch!  While Snoop is salivating.  So I run to the garage to get a shovel and I come back and Aubrey has a pair of toy binoculars and she is looking at her enormous log of poo on my grass saying "Ewe Gross!"  I was totally annoyed, but at the same time it is a bit comical.  What is she raised in a barn?  I am sure I will have many more stories to tell about this sweet little thing.
