Our house is behind us. We've decided it is very cool to live right in front of the sledding hills. The kids had a great time using their new sled over Christmas break despite the zero degree temperatures.
Lucy doesn't venture too far down our very steep driveway. It feels much safer if you hug the house - smart girl. Shoveling a three car driveway is harder than shoveling a two car driveway. Ryan shoveled before he left for work, but it just kept coming down. Knowing he wouldn't be able to make it up the snowy driveway after dark, I went out and shoveled it again right after getting my hair done. So much for looking good for a day. We had to get the wet slushy snow off the driveway before it froze to a sheet of ice the next day and stayed there for the next 2 weeks! It has been so cold!!!!!!!
