Chopped it off

So I chopped my hair off. Its funny to think that I cut it to the same length everytime I cut it. However this time I added highlights. I think next time, I will go a little shorter.

Gabbi fashioning off all her precious jewels Gabbi just had to see how her sunglasses looked on Owen. Poor Owen had to wear them whether he wanted to or not, but at least he thought it was pretty funny. Showing off their glow worms together. Ready for a nap.

Owen Updates

Owen is 3 months old and is getting bigger by the day. He has really filled in, both physically and in the family. We love him in our family. He is learning wonderful things and it is awesome to see his reactions to the new world around him. These are just some of the cutest pictures of him in the last little while.

We also had his blessing a couple weeks ago (Jan 2nd). We were glad that both family and friends were able to celebrate our little guys big day.

Mom's 50

Can't hardly believe it, but mom turned 50 this year. Dad luckily had the day off and surprised mom with all the fun, over the hill 50 stuff. He made her a nice lunch and we all surprised her when we met her for dinner. We went to one of her favorite Chinese restaurant to celebrate. We kids got her a picture frame with enough openings to hold pictures of all the kids to be taken in the spring or summer and when we can do it all together. She also got a memory card for her phone, a gift card to get her nails done and her favorite box of chocolates. We all had a great time celebrating with mom both there and at Sunday dinner the following Sunday. Still can't believe she's 50. Mom wouldn't let me take a picture and post it on my blog, so Gabbi had no problem showing off the fun toys Dad gave to mom. She didn't want to give them back.
