Out of all of the things Ben is asked to do as a member of the Military, I think he enjoys range the most. They have to certify every year in order for them to stay proficient in their shooting skills. He doesn't like have to be stuck at Camp Williams, but that's where they have to go when it's time to certify. The crazy part about all of this is that once Ben is a Chaplain, he's not allowed to shoot let alone carry a weapon. Sadly for him he can't as a Candidate either. So this particular Range visit was kind of a sad one because it would probably be the last one he gets if he's accepted as a Chaplain Candidate.
He got two days of "playing" Army at the Range. I'm not sure exactly what they did both of those days, but he came home with a smile on his face.
