There seems to be an unwritten rule about a certain adviser of President Bush’s that is never named – it has the air of “He Who Shall Not Be Named” from the Harry Potter books. Do we have our own Lord Voldemort lurking in the hallways of the White House? It seems so.

Well, in keeping with everyone’s desire not to name this man – in headlines, anyway – we link here to a story of a “Bush adviser [who] sent 140,000 e-mails…circumventing a law intended to guarantee the preservation of presidential records.”
