Ashutosh Ghildiyal is Vice President of Growth, Strategy & Brand at Integra, where he leads marketing, brand, and growth initiatives focused on expanding upstream publishing services, including AI-assisted manuscript screening, peer review, and research integrity solutions. His work centers on shaping Integra’s brand as a trusted, future-ready partner in scholarly publishing by articulating value, strengthening market presence, and building meaningful connections with the global research community.

Over the past two decades, he has worked at the intersection of scholarly publishing, research communication, and global market development. His experience spans Asia, the United States, Europe, India, and the Middle East, where he has partnered with publishers, research institutions, and academic communities to build and scale services in complex and evolving environments. Earlier in his career at Cactus Communications, he led international partnerships with leading publishers, societies, and academic institutions. His work combines strategic perspective with operational execution, with a focus on building differentiated positioning, developing new markets, and driving growth.

He is particularly interested in how scholarly publishing can evolve to better enable knowledge to move toward meaningful impact, and in the role that strong, trust-led brands can play in that transformation. Ashutosh writes on topics including brand-led growth, artificial intelligence in publishing, peer review, research integrity, and the evolving dynamics of the global scholarly communication ecosystem. He is actively involved in the publishing community through advisory, governance, and committee roles with organizations such as the International Society of Managing and Technical Editors, the Council of Science Editors, and the Society for Scholarly Publishing, among others.
